All work instructions (and Issues) in Poka are approved through a corporate-defined process prior to their being made available. Any changes must be approved and all prior versions of work instructions are archived and available to specifically designated individuals.

All work instructions are approved through a corporate-defined process prior to them being released to operators. Any changes must be approved and all prior versions of work instructions are archived. Training programs are also archived with versions maintained as well. Documentation of daily tasks can be maintained with the use of Forms in Poka.

### Comment 2

Any change to a work instruction in Poka creates a new version that needs to be approved prior to being made available to users. Earlier versions are archived. A new version updates viewing requirements for all subscribed users.
