  ### 1. Dozuki is a great platform and easy to use.

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

Dozuki's guide formating help with consistency.   Every Guide created is in the same format which allows the end user to know exact how to use the guide regardless of the topic. Update:  03/07/2024 I've been using Dozuki for about 2 years now and they just keep getting better.  Dozuki really tries to give their customers the best product for their company.  Over the last 6 months there have been many improvements on reporting, ease of customization and overall funtion.  I love Dozuki and can't wait to see all the new features that they are working on based off customer requests and suggestions. Update: 11/14/2025 Back again.  Just like the last time I made an update, Dozuki just keeps getting better and better.  So many new features to come that I can't wait to get access too and play with.  As the way my employer uses Dozuki continues to evolve the better it gets.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

Some of the reporting functions are limiting.   It might just be the package we have but reports on things like guide usage and visits isn't really there.  Reports on user activity is not very good either.  Update: 03/07/2024 Dozuki has greatly improved the reporting functions.  There is still a little bit of work to do on sortability but other than that I am thrilled with the improvement they've made. 11/14/2025 Dozuki has really stepped up their reporting game.  They're slow phasing out their old reporting with a new dashboard system making more data visible all in one location. I honestly can't say its one of my dislikes anymore.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dozuki is allow use to create and publish standard practices that we can share and use at all our facilities.   It's allows us to get away from tribal knowledge and actually document standards.

Over the shoulder training and Customer support is very good

Can't upload the video's as well as edit the photo inside the Dozuki.

Very easy to train operators and as well as to keep the processes standardise as per the General Mills Standard

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

Dozuki has made it a point to have dedicated resources available for our team to best utilize their software and to fit our business. That alone has been the best experience next to having software that is intuitive and the ease of use has enabled our team to create standard work and have reference documentation for our team members. Dozuki has also been progressively getting better with their offerings and number of features to include AI generated documentation from video recordings and with the addition of more training and change control functionality.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

The only dislike I would have would be the "one size fits all" pricing model based on their total offerings. Our team is not using the full extent of the platform's suites available. Having a tiered pricing model would be more enticing.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Dozuki as a vessel to create standard work, work instructions, and guide documentation for our work force. This allows us to share best practices and standarization across our network of locations.

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

Dozuki was chosen for our company based on ease of use for people working on the back end and also user experience. The support from their Team is unmatched. We are always finding new ways to use it and pushing the limits.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

I have no dislikes for Dozuki. When we run into a situation where we need something Dozuki doesn't offer, we talk with our Rep and they find a way to make it a reality.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dozuki makes it easier for us to bring quality training to the plant floor employees. It also allows us to tailor our needs with other software vendors. Dozuki has always been the foundation for our training, and with it, we can bring it to our user base in simple, easy ways. Assigning courses is also a prominent feature that we appreciate.

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

We looked for a software where we could create our own training videos as well as having the compliance videos/training availabe and Dozuki provided that for us.
It was very easy to implent to our process.  We utilized this service when new hires start and on a monthly basis for compliance.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

We are never notified when Dozuki updates a video.  There have been many times we reached out because a link to a video was not available and we did not get any answers so were forced to reach out to Atlantic to get the link.  Customer support could use improvement.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only issue that we have been experiencing is when videos are updated, not being notified.  We did request this.

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

It feels like using an iphone. It is super simple to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

I would like to be able to have both a picture and a video on a work instruction step. If you print a PDF for the shop floor the picture of a video is useless. Sometimes I need more than 3 pictures per step as well. The translation option is good but not 100% accurate, atleast for my experience going from english to spanish. I feel like dozuki is fully built and the options are great so the monthly meetings with out service advisor about how to use dozuki are not productive. Instead, I could use help being more creative to use the software, design better looking guides or some clever tricks to add to a wiki page.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have moved all of our controlled documents to the dozuki platform. All of our work stations have QR codes to training guides. We have recurring training scheduled.

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

Dozuki's ability to show step by step instructions is easy to follow for my operators. It has improved our efficiency and accuracy of builds. This has helped our defects go down considerably. This has helped onboarding new team members and getting them up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

I want to explore the Dozuki courses more. Primarily, I would like to use it as a training matrix for each of my job roles. I want to create learnings that can validate operators are properly trained to perform the operation. Even implement a feature that could block operator view from working if the operator does not have specific training completed. This will force accountability on the operator as well as leadership.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dozuki assisted in streamlined work instructions for our assembly lines.
Enabled us to set build rules and best practices improving efficiency and eliminating build variations.
This has improved our Quality standards .
Onboarding new operators is an easier process using dozuki courses and well detailed guides.

**What do you like best about Dozuki?**

It is so easy to train employees to use Dozuki, whether they are authors or users. The platform is almost self-explanatory. It is easy to navigate for users. The content is presented in a consistent manner that enables users to find what they need. We appreciate that authors can add images and video, reducing the quantity of written instructions required for more complicated processes.

Document control requirements of Quality Management Systems are easily handled in Dozuki. The approval processes are very adaptable and we have never had a problem with document control. We also appreciate that all revisions are retained and easily viewable by those with permissions.

**What do you dislike about Dozuki?**

When we first started using Dozuki the customer service was quite a bit faster. We would receive a response within hours. Now it may take a few days. I understand this is probably a result of the growing site. I am still satisfied with the service.

**What problems is Dozuki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dozuki allowed us to standardize the format of manufacturing instructions, so regardless of who is creating the instructions, the users view it in a consistent format. Dozuki also retains all obsolete versions that are easily accessible, eliminating the risk of someone over-writing a previous revision.
