**What do you like best about Plumm?**

We use Plumm for the therapy services across our global offices.  Plumm allows all employees to access mental health services - in some locations, Plumm provides a stop-gap between slower national health services or insurer wait times for mental health support, and in others, it is the primary mental health benefit on offer.  Offering therapy in multiple languages is also a big benefit.  

Recently we have also started to run webinars and speaker sessions with Plumm, highlight topics such as social media and mental health, which have been really well received.

While we do not use it, I understand Plumm has also expanded into the HRIS space, which is an exciting development.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

No specific downsides.  Plumm functions well in the capacity we use it.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a global business we wanted to ensure all employees, no matter their location, benefit from easily-accessible mental health support.  Plumm solves this problem for us, as not all locations in which we operate have the same offering or accessibility to mental health benefits.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

Plumm has been an excellent solution for our team, providing everything we need for people management and much more. We've successfully used several modules including mental health and HR tools, with plenty of additional features still to explore.

One of the biggest wins has been consolidating multiple HR tools into one platform. The transition to Plumm was pretty smooth - despite the complexity of data migration and onboarding our team to a new interface, any issues we encountered were quickly resolved by their responsive implementation team.

Even as a small organisation, we have a dedicated account manager who helps us get the most out of Plumm. The development pace is impressive, with new features rolling out regularly. What has really stood out is how receptive they are to feedback - our suggestions have always been listed to and quickly acknowledged 

Plumm strikes a nice balance between comprehensive functionality and ease of use, and has been an ideal choice for our team's HR operations.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

The transition period required some adjustment as our team had to get familiar with the new user interface. With so much data to transfer and a completely new system to learn, we had some questions during the initial rollout phase, but these were very resolved quickly by the support team.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plumm is helping us to consolidate our HR tools and save costs - we were previously juggling multiple separate HR systems, which created inefficiencies. By bringing everything into one platform, we've streamlined our people management processes significantly.

As a small team, we also needed a solution that wouldn't leave us struggling with implementation or ongoing support. Plumm provides dedicated account management even for smaller organisations like ours, ensuring we can maximise the platform's value rather than just having access to features we don't fully understand.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

It is very intuitive and easy to use. The deign and interface is quite modern. Plus, the way they integrate mental wellbeing into people operations is absolutely amazing. As a small business, we were able to combine all our HR operations into platform, and offer mental wellbeing to our team which we could not do earlier due to budget and management constraints. We're also trying our their Hire module which is an absolute game-changers especially for smaller HR teams. The highlight for us was their implementation timeline - we were setup in literally 48 hours and their customer support has been stellar! This is unheard of in the HRIS space.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

The only downside that we see is that sometimes with all the features that are available, it can get a bit overwhelming. So there is a sort of reliance on the Plumm team to guide us through the features. It would be nice if something could be done on that front. Also, if they can add more to integrations, that would be great.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business, it is difficult for us to buy different platforms to cater to different requirements of our team. It is expensive and data is so all over the place. Plumm literally solves this major issue for us. Plus, it offer such high quality mental wellbeing support which we never could have thought of buying separately. For SMEs with tight budgets and fighting to reduce expenses, Plumm is an amazing solution. Their team is also amazing to work with.

It's an intuitive platform that covers all the basics and more in the core module.  I'm especially keen on the Goals and 121 sections. Set up has been made as simple as possible and the team is very responsive when needed.

It can appear somewhat overwhelming because of the sheer range of functionality.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plumm is a broad-based HR system with wellbeing at its core.  It delivers all the basic functions that an SME is likely to need (document repository, data management, contract issue, absence management etc.) on a modern interface and allows me to provide a platform that my clients can use to focus on improving employee performance through the performance and wellbeing functionality.  All while also knowing that as they scale additional modules will be available for recruitment, training, payroll - essentially it can deliver everything through one platform.

The team at Plumm are very friendly and listen to their users concerns. They have high quality customer service and they will always put in place actions to improve the user experience or will take the time to explain how to make the most of the platform. Plumm makes frequent improvements to its platform and has created a great user interface that helps you navigate your HR needs.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

Plumm has at times been a bit buggy. I would say it is more prone to lots of little problems than a moderate amount of big problems. The good thing is these small issues are often addressed and repaired quickly. Sometimes, the way things are laid out is overly complex, and while it is great there are so many customisable options, it can make things confusing and a bit overwhelming, especially when you start out.

Plumm is helping us track individual progress. It's  reviews and goal tracking features are great.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

Plumm is so easy to use, it takes away the barrier to entry that seeking therapy usually has for example with extensive waiting lists on the NHS, expense when seeing a private therapist and having to ring up and be triaged when it comes to normal Employee Assistance Programmes. While Plumm comes with a cost it is well worth the money as it allows our staff to easily access therapy online with accredited professionals and makes it easy to switch therapists if you don't click with the first person you speak to. There is also the added benefit for our business, as we have a lot of folks who don't have English as a first language, that they can speak to someone in their first language and they may also feel that someone from their own country may understand better some of the cultural pressures they experience. We have had lots of positive feedback from our staff on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

Not something we dislike as such. For us we are a large company so we already have a lot company build HR systems which we have to use so the extra things that Plumm does aren't too relevant for us. The dashboard is perhaps a little bit more cluttered than it used to be.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to access therapy for our staff. Even for the staff who don't use the platform right now there is a feeling that they feel pleased they can easily access this should they need to in the future. That can make you feel more emotionally safe.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

Honestly, the CS. Everybody from the implementation, to CS, to the tech team has been tremendously helpful and quick in their replies. 
Additionally, the platform is incredibly intuitive, which means a) onboarding is quick and b) usage, even for people with a limited tech background, is great.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

In general, I am very happy! When we onboarded, there were a few features, which I felt like were missing, however the team was on it and has now implemented them all (around 4 months after onboarding).

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Attendance tracking: We are a remote company, so the ease of clock-in/clock-out has massively helped us.
- GDPR compliance!
- Smoother vacation approval process
- Higher visibility with who is on holiday when

We've been with Plumm for three years and they have not stopped improving, ensuring our team get the mental health care they need immediately. It's not just s staff benefit, it's an essential part of our culture. The team are really helpful and efficient with their responses. I also found it was really easy to use the live chat function and set up an implementation call.

Plumm has helped us move our holiday/leave tracking from excel to Plumm. With the help of an implementation call it was really easy and I was given lots of information.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

My favorite feature is that employees can choose their therapist based on their native language. This feature enables participants to express themselves more openly, contributing to more effective therapy sessions. Additionally, Plumm's workforce are always helpful and ready to assist with our inquiries. 
I also like the new feature of seperating coaching sessions from the therapy ones as that gives employees the opportunity to better address their needs.
Very easy to use platform and personally I use it often for my therapy and coaching sessions. 
Expert professionals with lots of knowledge around a variety of topics.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

The new HR feature seems to be quite overwhelming and has added too many tabs on my dashboard and the sections dont seem to be divided in a way that its easy to find what we need. I am wondering if there is way to remove the HR function from our account so that its easier to find what we are looking for.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plumm is our main wellbeing platform and enables us to provide mental health services to employees who need it.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

I like the fact that our account manager, Sophie Morris, is just like a friend now after several years into our Plumm subscription.  She and everyone else I have dealt with at Plumm has always been supportive and readily available. Customer support is amazing and the number of features is very comprehensive.  I also feel the dashboard is extremely intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

I'm not sure there are any downsides.  I did try to get a online therapist chat once, but because of the time zone the therapist was in, I didn't hear back for a while, but I guess I could have mentioned this to our account manager and an alterntive would have been found.

**What problems is Plumm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know that we have a really good 80% uptake at GuyKat and although the mental health areas are confidential, I do know that we used up all of our video therapy sessions and had to add more in our first year, so I feel this has been a really good benefit to our staff.  I am yet to implement the HR functions, as we are using Breathe HR at the moment, but I fully intend to roll this over to Plumm in the near future and have already been given a walk through of the benefits.

**What do you like best about Plumm?**

Accessibility of it, therapy/coaching sessions. Particularly like how I have been matched to a therapist based on the area I am seeking help in. It has always gone very successfully for me, and the therapists have been excellent. I think without the pre-questions/"chat therapist", it would be really difficult/overwhelming to find someone who was right for me. I also like that I am able to specify the time of day and pick my slot - the flexibility is really important to me. I have also used EMMA a bit for quick answers and have found that helpful! The email notifications/newletters are great too, perfect amount for session reminders, and also not too frequent when pushing information/content so I don't get overhwhlemed/annoyed with notifications.

**What do you dislike about Plumm?**

Some usability issues, sometimes I find it difficult to access my messages with my therapist, and also I have had some issues with the booking system - it's awfully easy to accidentally pick the wrong day, and after that is booked, difficult to edit/move the slot. E.g. I have accidentally booked my session on the same day  (because that is the default), and those sessions cannot be moved because you cannot move them within 24hrs of the session happening. A 15 minute period after booking where I can edit the session would be great here, just to account for human error!

Being able to work on my personal issues is helping me grow, and that growth is helping me improve at work. Either it's relieving stress, or self-improvement, or giving me a confidence boost.

Our company has been with Plumm for around 4 years and I have nothing but praise for them, they are all super supportive and easy to contact and fast to respond to any questions or issues. The only HR platform, that to my knowledge, has such a huge focus on mental health. Many of our employees rely on Plumm and that;s because the service they offer is great.

The only thing I can think of is that sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment with a therapist at a good time, but likely due to them being booked up.

At the moment we have had a bit of an issue with how holidays have been inputted which is a shame but it will be resolved eventually. This is minor but I also think the tasks can be a little smoother in how they come across

- Range of resources available is good - there is something for everyone 
- Analytics are helpful and easy to access 
- Those operating chat are knowledgable

- Doesn't integrate with my HRIS, meaning adding new users is very manual 
- Very slow responses from therapists, took two weeks for one of my users to get a response and only happened after chasing our account manager
- Claims to intagrate with slack but this is just notifications the you have a message, not the message itself
- Poor team adoption but Plumms solutions are expensive 
- Introduction of HRIS was frustrating - not what I use the platform for or what I want from it. Would have much preferred a solid integration with my current HRIS.

the messages from therapists can be a bit glitchy and not send all the attachments correctly even through they have been sent and sometimes the app doesnt let you open the attachments also.
