What do you like best about Plumm?

We use Plumm for the therapy services across our global offices. Plumm allows all employees to access mental health services - in some locations, Plumm provides a stop-gap between slower national health services or insurer wait times for mental health support, and in others, it is the primary mental health benefit on offer. Offering therapy in multiple languages is also a big benefit.

Recently we have also started to run webinars and speaker sessions with Plumm, highlight topics such as social media and mental health, which have been really well received.

While we do not use it, I understand Plumm has also expanded into the HRIS space, which is an exciting development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plumm?

Plumm has been an excellent solution for our team, providing everything we need for people management and much more. We've successfully used several modules including mental health and HR tools, with plenty of additional features still to explore.

One of the biggest wins has been consolidating multiple HR tools into one platform. The transition to Plumm was pretty smooth - despite the complexity of data migration and onboarding our team to a new interface, any issues we encountered were quickly resolved by their responsive implementation team.

Even as a small organisation, we have a dedicated account manager who helps us get the most out of Plumm. The development pace is impressive, with new features rolling out regularly. What has really stood out is how receptive they are to feedback - our suggestions have always been listed to and quickly acknowledged

The transition period required some adjustment as our team had to get familiar with the new user interface. With so much data to transfer and a completely new system to learn, we had some questions during the initial rollout phase, but these were very resolved quickly by the support team. What do you like best about Plumm?

It is very intuitive and easy to use. The deign and interface is quite modern. Plus, the way they integrate mental wellbeing into people operations is absolutely amazing. As a small business, we were able to combine all our HR operations into platform, and offer mental wellbeing to our team which we could not do earlier due to budget and management constraints. We're also trying our their Hire module which is an absolute game-changers especially for smaller HR teams. The highlight for us was their implementation timeline - we were setup in literally 48 hours and their customer support has been stellar! This is unheard of in the HRIS space. What do you dislike about Plumm?

The only downside that we see is that sometimes with all the features that are available, it can get a bit overwhelming. So there is a sort of reliance on the Plumm team to guide us through the features. It would be nice if something could be done on that front. What do you like best about Plumm?

The team at Plumm are very friendly and listen to their users concerns. They have high quality customer service and they will always put in place actions to improve the user experience or will take the time to explain how to make the most of the platform. What do you dislike about Plumm?

Plumm has at times been a bit buggy. I would say it is more prone to lots of little problems than a moderate amount of big problems. The good thing is these small issues are often addressed and repaired quickly. Sometimes, the way things are laid out is overly complex, and while it is great there are so many customisable options, it can make things confusing and a bit overwhelming, especially when you start out. What do you like best about Plumm?

Plumm is so easy to use, it takes away the barrier to entry that seeking therapy usually has for example with extensive waiting lists on the NHS, expense when seeing a private therapist and having to ring up and be triaged when it comes to normal Employee Assistance Programmes. While Plumm comes with a cost it is well worth the money as it allows our staff to easily access therapy online with accredited professionals and makes it easy to switch therapists if you don't click with the first person you speak to. There is also the added benefit for our business, as we have a lot of folks who don't have English as a first language, that they can speak to someone in their first language and they may also feel that someone from their own country may understand better some of the cultural pressures they experience. What do you dislike about Plumm?

Not something we dislike as such. For us we are a large company so we already have a lot company build HR systems which we have to use so the extra things that Plumm does aren't too relevant for us. Honestly, the CS. Everybody from the implementation, to CS, to the tech team has been tremendously helpful and quick in their replies.

Additionally, the platform is incredibly intuitive, which means a) onboarding is quick and b) usage, even for people with a limited tech background, is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
