My favorite feature is that employees can choose their therapist based on their native language. This feature enables participants to express themselves more openly, contributing to more effective therapy sessions. Additionally, Plumm's workforce are always helpful and ready to assist with our inquiries.
I also like the new feature of seperating coaching sessions from the therapy ones as that gives employees the opportunity to better address their needs.

The new HR feature seems to be quite overwhelming and has added too many tabs on my dashboard and the sections dont seem to be divided in a way that its easy to find what we need.
