What do you like best about HubSpot Data Hub?

HubSpot is really amazing, its perfect platform for marketing and sales management, also with data management . I really like how HubSpot Data hub brings all customer and sales data into one place. I can see every client interaction from emails to call and get a complete view of the relationships. the data syncing between different tools is smooth and it keeps our CRM clean and updated automatically. the dashboards are also very useful to track client activity, deal progress and follow ups without switching between multiple tools. What do you dislike about HubSpot Data Hub?

The ease of use in creating workflows is a big upside. The interface does a good job of walking you through a workflow from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Data Hub?

My main gripes about operations hub is the limitations within the workflows themselves. A lot of our workflows can be extremely complex with dozens of paths and branches. Unfortunately HubSpot doesn’t operate with a parallel function for paths and the go to action function is fine but very time consuming.

If workflows had a bit more conditional logic uses I think it could be much more user friendly.

What do you like best about HubSpot Data Hub?

We’ve been using HubSpot Operations Hub to unify and clean our customer data, and the impact has been immediate. The platform makes it simple to connect different data sources, enrich records automatically, and maintain data quality without needing heavy IT involvement.

One of the biggest wins is how Operations Hub helps us keep context across marketing, sales, and service. Having clean, unified data means our teams can trust the CRM and move faster. Features like programmable automation and custom data sync have reduced manual work and saved us hours every week.

What I like the most is the balance between being powerful and easy to use. Most “ops” tools in the market are either too technical or too limited. HubSpot found a sweet spot: business users can actually take action without waiting for developers.

What do you like best about HubSpot Data Hub?

I like ease of use and how deals can be seen in different views. There are a ton of filtering options which make hygiene less of a problem. Reports are also easy to produce. Connectivity with our email system (G-Suite) works without a hitch, enabling tracking of communication across the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Data Hub?

Creating reports and dashboards is too complicated, with too many options, and there should be sales-driven reports/dashboards already available as templates. There is an AI feature that is learning, and hopefully it will be better.

One thing I dislike is the lack of a cloning option for tickets. When you have to recreate multiple tickets, there is no option to clone/copy, which can take hours from your week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
