They have also been very flexible in making adjustments to our original statement of work based on new needs that have been discovered during our time working together, without letting any red tape get in the way. It is not a huge company with unlimited resources to tap into, so some things they may not be able to deliver on immeidately, but being in a small to medium sized compnay ourselves, I appreciate the many hats their team members are able to wear to suppor the needs of our business. Sam is a consultative professional whose team always delivers on time. I have also used them to facilitate conversations with Hubspot representatives.
