There are a number of standardised interfaces, but it is also possible to generate your own data exchange via the API connection. It can be easily configured and the system has a lot of flexibility that allow you to personalize all the processes to cover your needs. The system allows us to track and check all the internal processes we are handling with a couple of clicks. It also works as a repository, so we are sure all the documents are safe and following all the GDPR rules. The employee can access to their records without requesting it to the HR Department. We can also track attendance, so on one hand we are in compliance with the local regulations and on the other, this allows us to work on the pre-payroll and anticipate accruals and further issues. **What do you dislike about Personio?** Despite the system is in English, it is not yet in all the main European languages. When creating a report with a lot of data, sometimes the system spends a bit of time. **Recommendations to others considering Personio:** Configuring the whole system is not an easy thing, but you can find a great support on the Personio team. And if something can't be done and needs to be developed, you can send your feedback to the development team and is being considered for their future new features. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all employees in the same platform allows us to report easily per manager/role/location. As employees have their own dashboard, they can check their payslip, their contract, the remaining holiday or request a leave. These paperwork was done manually on an Excel, the HR team has now more time to focus on other tasks. We are now able to properly track absences (holidays, sickness, leaves...), so we can work together with the operations team to manage store productivity and we make sure all the employees are respecting all the labor law requirements. Regarding the ATS, we can reduced the time required for recruitment as you just need to write the post once. Also with the ATS, it is possible to merge all the candidates even if they are coming from different sources and avoid duplicates. Reporting in terms of time of recruitment and effectivity is now much easy. ### 6. There is no stagnation here. I have already seen a lot of further development that has helped to make our HR work easier. We have already been able to simplify and partially automate various processes. In addition, the usability is really very intuitive, so it's really fun to work with Personio. The customer support is incredibly fast and friendly. The support from our Customer Success Manager is also very good, always helpful and competent. **What do you dislike about Personio?** Some parts of Personio are not linked, e.g. absences and reports, which in this case means that a report on the sickness rate only takes into account the absence in days and not in hours. The fact that the different systems do not communicate with each other sometimes results in information being incorrect or Personio not being usable for some cases. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees no longer have to switch between different tools but can find everything in Personio - from their data to contracts and performance. On the one hand, this saves us costs, and on the other, it is easier for employees to deal with just one tool. In addition, onboarding and offboarding processes take up a lot of time. I got to know Personio for the first time in a small company with >50 employees. Back then, an automated time and personnel management tool was a big step for our HR department and made many processes much easier. In my current company with >1500 employees, I work with Personio in an administrative role and am particularly impressed by the diversity of the platform, which allows different issues to be brought together under one roof. This helps to relate projects to each other and makes it easier to work with large amounts of data and large numbers of employees. I also like the fact that the tool is constantly evolving and being expanded to include new aspects. The user interface always remains clear and easy to use and various options for integrating with other tools make work easier. . **What do you dislike about Personio?** I can't think of anything ad hoc, except that it used to take a really long time to export a large data report. However, this has improved. Apart from that, I see Personio as a platform that is constantly growing and is happy to accept and implement suggestions for improvement. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a user, I use Personio in particular for time tracking, as an interface for navigating to other platforms and for planning my absences, which can be coordinated with my team members at the same time. As an administrator, I basically work with a large amount of employee data that can be maintained and collected centrally in Personio. We use this for various analyses and data-driven projects. As a user, Personio helps me to keep an overview of my working hours and the attendance of my team, and as an HR analyst, the platform is essential as it brings together a lot of data points and information that we can read and process centrally. As Head of People, I use the platform for all things HR and Recruitment, which has worked very well for us as a company of around 45-50 employees. The ability to create multiple workflows and automate emails and processes saves a huge amount of manual time. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Personio?** Some of the permissions settings can be confusing, for example setting up absence type access and permissions, where multiple different actions need to be carried out in different parts of the Settings area. It seems quite geared toward the German employer market and as such some setting options can be a bit confusing, but it hasn't been a problem on the whole. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralising and streamlining all HR and Recruitment activities, whilst reducing the time and effort that was previously needed to manage this information in a more manual way. Coming from a well-developed competitor, implementation was well-supported by Personios Customer Success Team. The tool is very easy to use and appreciated by employees across the company. After the tool initially showed slight deficits in some core functionalities (e.g. management of dual leadership and organizational units), in recent years we have seen huge progress in basic functions as well as in the further development of additional modules that provide great support in our HR processes. Also, integrations with other tools are very easy to set up and working really well. What really deserves to be highlighted is the great support provided by Personios Customer Success Team, which clearly stands out from all other vendors we're working with. Personally, I am still very satisfied with Personio and would recommend the tool to both small and mid to large-sized companies. **What do you dislike about Personio?** Basic functions were somewhat sidelined in the early days, while new modules were developed. There are many options to integrate data across platforms. It even supports payroll features and career progression. **What do you dislike about Personio?** Specific business requirements cannot be completed directly under certain circumstances (e. g. weekly hours are based on departments, but our business requires weekly hours to be based on regions / countries). It consumes a lot of time to consider changes / feature requests. It would be beneficial to include customer change requests on a more frequent basis and listen to what is important for the real end users / consumers. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is being used as our central HR system now. Employees can book absences from Personio and track their daily working hours through Personio.
