At first, I didn't have high expectations, but after using it daily for several years, it became easier and easier to work with. What I particularly like is the ability to customize many things individually – for example, adding additional holidays for other countries, creating custom feedback cycles, or incorporating automatic calendar notifications. The integration of payroll functions and the clear presentation of all relevant data are also excellently implemented. I actually like everything about Personio. The two inputs for work and break time are a bit unintuitive. But kinda cool that I put in work 9 - 5 and a break at 12 -1 it will automatically split the work time input into two and then show the break in-between but this kinda looks messy to me.
