However, there is a new layout implemented today but it is a bit confusing. Has the rigt amount of features. Its also good because I see a pop up costumer support service in every page. **What do you dislike about Personio?** It can be a little bit confusing when I wanna request my remote or sick days, there is no clear guide for it, you kinda just have to know the short cuts. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The breaks were difficult to report (not the lunch ones), and now it can be reported easily and fairly for everybody. Personio enables us to easily perform our most common tasks, including tracking working hours, submitting documents, requesting leave, referencing the Org Chart, checking payroll, and more. I use Personio almost every day to approve requests from my team and it only takes me a few minutes to do everything that I need to do. Personio has also been great for navigating the hiring process because I can easily manage candidates' applications, documents, and reviews. **What do you dislike about Personio?** At least in our implementation of Personio, we do not have features regarding employee performance and feedback which requires us to use another tool for this purpose. Having employees need to manage their performance and compensation information in two different platforms can be frustrating. There are a lot of reasons why it tops the list but to summarize below are the three major factors: - It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. - It is aesthetically pleasing and responsive. - It also has a mobile application and great integrated customer support. **What do you dislike about Personio?** I won't count it as a disadvantage since I have not yet verified it but I think there should be room for more customization. In my previous work experience, all of these aspects were managed separately, and therefore the HR management didn't work as well. Another aspect that I highlight is the fact that the user interface is also usually updated with new features and releases every now and then. And so far it has been for the better. **What do you dislike about Personio?** The mobile App could really be improved. I like that Personio has a simple and effcient with a good user experience. It does exactly what you want with minimal on-boarding or training. As a user I use it for 4 main purposes: applying leaves, registering for training, looking at my Organisation and for Performance and Review. **What do you dislike about Personio?** As a normal user (not from HR perspective) I don't have many issues with Personio. My one suggestion could be that the "Documents" section which is by the company to communicate with the empolyees also be on the Main Menu (rather than going to Profile and then to Documents) or at the least if I could get a email notification if my company shares any official documents with me. **What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that it's a good and easy to use solution and for me I use it for Applying Leaves, Registering for Trainings and for quarterly and annual performance evalutions. ### 45.
