# How Reliable Is Personio in Everyday HR Work?

Personio has been great for simplifying and structuring daily HR work by keeping employee data and key processes in one place. We’ve seen big efficiency gains in employee data management, onboarding, absences, and document handling, with less admin effort overall. That said, we still run into occasional small bugs and areas where more flexibility would help. What parts of Personio feel most streamlined for you, and where do you wish it were more flexible?
