# What is the best way to record employee's training sessions or how they can do it directly in Personio?
We need to have all the training sessions completed within the job for each employee. Also It will be important to have all key training certificates and sessions completed by the employee in his/her file.

# How was your experience in implementing Personio. Do you have any major drawbacks with the system and learning lessons from the speedy implementation process.
I'm in the mindset of saying although I love the fast speed of implementation, I feel there is no ownership from the implementation team, I believe they should put more effort in ensuring the customers full utilise the tool. The less utilisation the higher the risk of losing that customer.

# How are you tracking attendance for "zero hours contract"?
For those blue collars' employees with a zero hour contract (with no specific hours asigned per week and can work from 0 to 40h per week), what kind of calendar are you uploading in order to be able to create the pre-payrol? or for those employees that even with a fix amount of hours, they can have a completely different schedule evey week.
