Silna Health (4.8, 66 reviews) — Known for automating prior authorizations and benefit checks across every payor. Because it's delivered as a managed service, capacity scales with Silna's team rather than with headcount you have to hire. Did it keep pace as your patient volume grew, or did response times stretch?

Data+ Research (4.8, 4 reviews): Known for a compliant low-code platform used by everything from small teams to the Israeli Ministry of Health

I’d put more weight on Silna Health’s operating model than the 4.8 rating here. If prior auth volume doubles, a managed service should absorb that growth without the provider hiring alongside it. The question is whether turnaround times stay flat as volume climbs — that would be a much stronger reliability signal for a scaling organization.
