The onboarding team was attentive and responsive during the implementation, and the system offers many features that can be useful for small operators. **What do you dislike about Avantio?** The main limitation is the accounting and settlement logic, which cannot be adapted to my needs. For a medium-sized company managing 35 properties, the system does not provide correct owner statements and requires manual work with Excel or external software. This defeats the purpose of having an all-in-one solution. Considering the high activation costs, I expected a more complete product. **What problems is Avantio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avantio centralizes reservations and connects to multiple portals, which helps avoid manual updates and reduces the risk of overbookings. It also provides an integrated website and owner area, which can be useful for smaller portfolios. However, for a medium-sized business like mine (35 properties), the accounting and settlements logic is not adequate, so the main problem I needed to solve remains unresolved. ### 2.
