The platform is quite complete in terms of functionalities: channel manager, booking engine, website integration and owner area. The onboarding team was attentive and responsive during the implementation, and the system offers many features that can be useful for small operators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main limitation is the accounting and settlement logic, which cannot be adapted to my needs. For a medium-sized company managing 35 properties, the system does not provide correct owner statements and requires manual work with Excel or external software.
