In my experience as a people manager, I’ve tried various solutions, but none compare to Personio. I appreciate its modern, intuitive interface and the notification system that keeps every request on track. The integrated calendar is especially useful—it allows me to quickly check if a teammate is absent, review upcoming time off across the entire team, and plan activities accordingly.
From a daily workflow perspective, I also value how all relevant tasks are clearly organized on the main dashboard, saving me time and eliminating the need to search for information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
