"A Centralized HR Solution That Drives Efficiency"

What do you like best about Personio?

What I like best about Personio is how it centralizes all core HR processes in one intuitive platform. I like how easy it is to sign documents when needed, to check how many hours of time off we have and to schedule said time off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Personio?

While Personio is very comprehensive, some features can feel rigid and not fully customizable to specific company needs. Certain workflows and reporting functionalities could offer more flexibility, especially for more complex organizational structures.

"Clunky UX, Inefficient Setup - Would Not Recommend"

What do you dislike about Personio?

We're extremely unhappy with Personio. The setup is very clunky and complicated, and the overall user experience isn't great. Everything it does seems like things we could do cheaper and easier manually. Syncing to other tools is difficult, and navigation is hard. It's tough to find things and download files, and the whole setup feels old-fashioned. It also has limited features compared to US counterparts like Rippling. The integration with data for payroll on the backend is really clunky. Setting it up requires a lot of effort and people since nothing is properly automated. The team doesn't like it at all. Last but not least their cancellation policies are unheard of (3 months). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
