Things i like the best are: Wide range of discounts and benefits Easy-to-use platform Strong wellbeing and employee engagement features Minimal administration required Responsive customer support **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** While Perkbox offers a fantastic range of benefits, one area for improvement could be the customization options for perks. Sometimes, the available perks may not align perfectly with the specific preferences or needs of all employees. Additionally, occasional technical issues or delays in redeeming certain perks can be a minor inconvenience. I often purchase at the till so if there's a way of making this quicker that would be great! **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our employees have access to saving themselves money I also like that there are a lot of wellness features to the platform too. As I work in the HR team, we often signpost our employees to the wellness content and the EAP. ### 3. Our staff requested a money saving tool as one of their wished perks, and Perkbox helped us to deliver this. ### 4. It's a really easy-to-use and intuitive platform that the staff can navigate very easily. Managers can also see the feedback that's being shared within their teams. It's also been very straightforward to set up, with a very easy process for new starters, and allows us to set the right access levels. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** I think it does work very well. Of course, I would always like more variety when it comes to the discounts. The couple of the processes are a little bit clunky in the fact that you have to buy reward cards and then, vouchers, so that can be a little bit clunky. Also, I like it to be integrated with some of our platforms to increase visibility on what they're doing as well because the managers can see the kudos and the congratulations and thank yous, if they log in to the platform. I'd just like that to have a little bit more visibility if it were integrated with Teams or something like that. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox offers a great perk for our team in the tech industry, allowing us to show appreciation and give a little extra as a thank you. ### 5. Gift cards have been purchased but then unable to use when the system goes down. If I could just have one card that gets topped up, that'd be great.
