As a small company we wanted to start offering our employees with additional benefits and Perkbox have really helped us to do that. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** There have been a few admin issues that I've had to deal with in the last couple of years, mainly emails to say the invoice hasn't been paid when it has. Each time they have dealt with this quickly but it's extra stress we don't need to deal with, this needs polishing up. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing our employees with addtional benenfits they are unlikely going to find elsewhere. The Flexi-points feature is great, allowing employees to exchange them for free food, drinks, retail vouchers, and more. They're real perks that are tangible right away. The free birthday treat is also a nice touch. Behind the scenes, there's also lots of support for employers to publicise Perkbox and track usage. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Some of the processes to get some perks can be a bit clunky - it would be great to speed it up and remove friction points so it's faster to buy supermarket vouchers at the checkout for example. As an admin, I love to upload templates for uploading users, this saves me a huge amount of time when uploading monthly. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Not being able to make a user a manager for a team unless going into the team group. If you could have the option when adding the user, that would be alot easier! This has meant we've seen great take up of the system. The Flexi points are a valauble reward that dont dissapear too. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Some of the admin functionality is limitted or missing, billing controler would make it easier to manage. It is also pricier than many alternatives, a simple cashback system would be more cost effective if any of them had a good UI and take up. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox helped us standout when recuiting but mostly with staff retention, it was a perk staff really enjoyed. ### 28. There's also wellbeing activities and videos and an app available. Employees are also given 'flexi points' each month to spend on additional freebies. These freebies are updated regularly and are pretty good - e.g. Amazon, Tesco, cinema vouchers etc. It's also available in other locations which can boost our benefits offering in countries with very little flex benefits options. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** It is very easy for employees to opt out of comms but when they don't receive reminders, they then forget to engage with the platform. From an administrator perspective, the reporting is clunky (though this has already improved in recent months) and the invoicing structure is a little strange. It's not very easy as an administrator, based in one country, to see the perks and benefits available in other countries in order to create engagement comms, and in some countries, I think the offering is still very slim. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox provides some flex benefits in countries where this is uncommon - this benefits us with additional engagement and retention. The ability to customise the perks you see to align with your own interests is fantastic and helps give the platform that personal touch. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** To be honest, there isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike about Perkbox currently. So now I find myself just typing to use the minimum characters needed. :-) **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whilst we strive toward awarding our employees for their hard work with bonus schemes etc, we had a lack of employee benefit options within the company and, therefore, a lack of employee morale. Perkbox has helped us toward solving this issue by allowing us to give back to our employees and support them during the Cost of Living crisis - the ability to show our employees that they are appreciated and valued is priceless. ### 35. It offers a range of benefits which you can easily access, giving you discounts for multiple on- and off-line stores. There's also a wellbeing hub with loads of free videos for activities such as fitness, mindfullness etc. The website is easy to use and the app makes it very convenient to use when you're out and about. My company also gives everyone 60 free 'Flexi Points' every month, which can be exchanged for freebies, such as cinema tickets, a Greggs Sausage roll or a free Cafe Nero coffee! **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** I don't dislike much about Perkbox, but I guess it would be easier if they just gave you a discount code rather than having to buy a gift card (with the discount already applied). I would also prefer to use my Tesco gift card to purchase my supermarket shopping online, rather than having to go into the store. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox makes it easier to reward our employees - such as 'employee of the month' , 'a project well done', a birthday or an anniversary. Previously we were purchasing ad hoc gift cards from various suppliers, trying to 'guess' what an employee might want. Now they can choose exactly what they want themselves from Perkbox! ### 39. Since the introduction of Flexi Perks, our employees now have a greater selection of monthly freebies which is really beneficial. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** One downside is that many of the perks work as buying a discounted voucher, which means that if you return the item, you are refunded back onto the voucher instead of your card. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox is a fantastic resource for saving money, which is especially useful in the current cost of living crisis. ### 43.
