With the rising cost of living, every bit helps. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to find and redeem offers without hassle. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Some discounts aren't as substantial as expected. Users find that you can get discounts at some of the main highstreet supermarkets and retailers. Users like the Flexi points added each month. Customer service is also good too and receiving regular updates on what you can get out of the subscription helps. Really easy to add/remove employees, and reactivate for those who re-join our company. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** What we dislike is that there are new brands all the time, and some really established brands out there that aren't added to Perkbox. It needs to appeal more to all ages who don't care solely about their weekly food shop or Cafe Nero coffee. Also some of the discounts don't work. Also very risky purchasing a voucher to buy something on a website where it might go out of stock then you're stuck with that voucher. The range of options (once you get past the fluff) is good - mainly on the essentials like supermarket shops and other major retailers. Digital vouchers aren't the easiest to use but manageable. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** There is too much on the site that doesn't reflect a genuine discount that you couldn't get elsewhere (or that isn't a discount at all, and is the offered price at the retailer). I have reported this. Flexipoints 'convert' the value of the amount they cost to about 1/4. It gets quite expensive if you cant afford to buy in bulk and make use of promotional points purchase discounts but without the points the platform has much less value and tangible benefit. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides a consolidated platform so you can have clear visibility on your recognition efforts and rewards spend. Enables a more connected workplace Nationally where employees can celebreate each other regardless of location and see what is going on in other branches. The rewards section is a great addition to the perks feature, as it allows us to reward employees on an ad hoc basis and gives them the flexibility on what they would like to spend their reward on. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** The global platform feature is great but could do with some more rewards being added, as the GB offering is far greater than other countries we operate in. The ability to report on how team members have used their reward points would be a great addition, as would give us valuble insight on how our teams like to be rewarded. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to offer a consistent benefit across the globe, so alothugh the perks avaialble outside of GB are not quite there yet, it is still a benefit to us to be able to manage the rewards in one place. ### 47.
