I also get 1 free coffee and cinema ticket a week, which doesn't sound like much, but I always like to celebrate the smaller things in life. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** The one aspect I don't like about some of the offers is that you would need to buy a voucher for £100 which will cost you £90, which you would then use at the store of choice. This isn't for all of them but for the ones I like to shop at it does. Overall simple setup with gain given to team. A variety of good perks. Seem like a great company. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Some perks were too generic ie I could find on Google. The team engagement element was quite alien as it's on its own platform. Didn't feel right although I see why the company tried to introduce. We had a few outages when using (UK). We've found that our staff use Perkbox on a weekly basis for a range of things. Whether it's a weekly free cup of coffee or a large saving on a new sofa employees rave about how Perkbox impacts their daily lives. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Nothing - it is a fantastic product with a great range of employee perks. One tiny thing that could be improved is the region specific features. For instance we are based in Northern Ireland but some perks offered are only available in England. Perhaps turn these off rather allowing us to see them and not avail of them. **Recommendations to others considering Perkbox:** Survey your employees and find out if they would find Perkbox useful.
