What do you like best about Perkbox?

The ease and speed of set up and the variety of benefits and discounts offered. I have used Perkbox before but not for 6 years. It was good then but has developed into a culture and wellness hub as well as offering benefits and discounts, so for the cost its a no brainer to support staff!! What do you dislike about Perkbox?

Its a little bit of a faff to get used to using it as its new/something different. Gettoing people to engage and getthe most from is a challenge, but that is a people and management problem. Not Perkbox problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

It aids moral as staff can see that the coimpany is offering a customisable benefits package rather than a stock PMI or Dental offering. It also helps us attract and retrain staff as staff won't want to lose their access and candidates will want to benefit. The culture hub was an unexpected benefit where it brings staff together and provides an opoortunity to reward hard working or extra mile employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the discounts that you can get with big brands like John Lewis or Curries, and also the points that you get every month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perkbox?

Its difficult to explain to employees that they are actually getting a free benefit, when the HMRC treats the service as a taxable benefit in kind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
