As an end user, on average the perks and discounts offered by perkbox are well on par with, and in some cases better than I have seen on other benefit/voucher offerings. A few specific discounts can be found to be better elsewhere or on other platforms, but that will be the case with any platform. On the whole, Perkbox hosts an impressive array of discounts. Vouchers and discounts are easy to find, and easy to use (and generally immediately available). When I had an issue redeeming a voucher purchased through the platform, the team were responsive and helpful through the in-app chat. Perkbox also hosts a wealth of health and wellbeing content that our users can access, and a 'rewards and recognition' section, although we are not currently using this. There is some interesting reporting and statistics available through the platform to monitor adoption and engagement (anonymised to team level) **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** I feel that the engagement reporting could be improved somewhat, possibly by presenting an API (ODATA?) that allows an admin to extract lower-level data (i.e. engagement actions - but still anonymised to team member level) to allow the creation of our own engagement reports based on our own criteria (for example, within PowerBI). I'm also not a fan of the 'amount saved' figure that shows how much your employees have saved. The calculation is based on assumed savings for some of the links and produces an inflated figure (for example, if people look at a site with a large discount, but don;t actually buy anything). I would prefer to see this split as 'confirmed savings' (such as vouchers etc. bought directly from Perkbox) and have 'assumed' savings (from referral click-through to other sellers) listed separately. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perkbox helps us with the following: -Visibility of the benefits of working for our company -Access to the Employee Assistance Programme -General e-engagement with our wider workforce - especially those that d not use PCs in their daily role. The vouchers within Perkbox act as an incentive for employees to engage electronically, and we should then see increased use of our other employee engagement portals. ### 7. Perkbox helps our staff get the best out of their money in so many different ways. I will always push staff to download PB on their phones, so they can carry it around with them. If they find themselves standing in line in a shop, I always say to them "check PB for a discount" because more often than now, they will have one! I also like how helpful Perkbox staff are when we have an Admin issue. They are always at hand to chat to us and solve any issues or explain things we may not understand. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Sometimes good offers will dissapear from one week to the next which does ocassionally dissapoint staff. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engagement, retention, work-life balance. Employees have a good selection of discounts that are within easy reach and cover a wide range of retailers that are regularly used. The app is a great addition and is very easy to use. The celebration hub is also a fantastic feature and has attracted a great deal of engagement from employees, with the Perkbox points also a nice addition that makes company-wide reward distribution a much easier as it removes the need for currency conversion and the associated processes. The wellbeing hub is also a useful feature, which complements the existing work that we undertake surrounding wellbeing. Having attended numerous sessions with members of the Perkbox team, I can say that each one has been beneficial. There is a real desire from the Perkbox staff to understand their clients' needs and further improve the offering. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Whilst there is a toolbox of communication material from Perkbox, I would appreciate regular updates (either to key contacts or company-wide) with any special offers or things worth promoting, especially at the time of people watching the purse strings. It feels that the mass majority of Perkbox promotion within the business relies on us. In addition, there is a definite requirement to integrate the offering with our Sharepoint intranet using the API - a feed of the shout-outs and perks and/or offers available has been something that has been mooted. More global perks that can be promoted to our offices abroad would also be great, along with discounts at more well-known brands. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Within employee surveys, one theme that often arises is a desire for an improved fair deal and Perkbox's benefits help to achieve this. In addition, we are constantly looking at ways of improving engagement around the business, and the celebration part of the offering - where team members give each other a shout-out in recognition of excellent work - has been particularly popular. ### 14. My account manager, Felcia, is outstanding, and the content Perkbox create to make it easy for Admins to use to boost the employee experience is so time saving and helpful. **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** Not much TBH! It is very easy to navigate. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We signed up over 4 years ago. At that time employee engagement was quite low. We have been a customer for over 4 years and have seen Perkbox grow and improve (they don't stand still in updates and improvements). They have good customer service, our account Manager is super helpful too. I would suggest Perkbox for companies that would like to offer more benefits that are helpful and not hard to manage. We love using the 'celebration' feature to recognise our colleagues. It really increases the level of gratitude in the office between staff, whilst also boosting their relationships & the feel good factor. We also love using the polling feature as a way to incentivise our staff to work with our core values in mind & reward them when they do! When we encountered an issue with setting up an employee, the great customer service team were quick to help and action the fix. The issue was resolved within an hour, which was great!! **What do you dislike about Perkbox?** I have given feedback in a few webinars, which other attendees have also agreed with, which we have not seen any updates with thus far. For example, the culture hub on the homepage could be a great way to highlight current events & to celebrate the 'culture' across the teams; however it is only able to be sorted with the oldest posts at the top and the latest at the bottom. I have requested there to be an option that swaps this, or perhaps a 'drag and drop' style way of rearranging the tiles. Perkbox gave me the feedback of manually deleting and reuploading posts to rearrange the tiles. This seems like a very long winded way of doing things, and prevents us from fully utilising the platform. We also feel that the 'rewards' feature is pushed too much to all account holders. We are an SME of <100 employees, therefore it makes more sense for an Administrator to spend 15-30 minutes a month allocating Amazon vouchers, than it would be to pay the high premiums involved with the rewards. Yet, we are still constantly pushed to engage with the reward platform. **What problems is Perkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to engage and recognise our colleagues more through the wellbeing, perks & celebration features.
