I hate all the scrolling down and over. I have to scroll down twice on the same page of payroll entry to get to the folks at the bottom of the page. Paylocity is easy to use, has great support, and integrates well with other systems that we use. You have your own Customer Service rep, so you receive consistent feedback. I have used several applications that allow for reimbursement over the years and Airbase truly makes things easy. Use the app for extreme efficiency, just take the photo of the receipt and your basically done. Don't want to use the app? That's ok, its really easy to take the photos, upload them to the computer and drag them into Airbase. You're basically done. The program overall was super easy to implement, support is great, and I use it at every time I travel for work. Best I have used to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I process payroll on a weekly basis for about 22 people. I find Paylocity to be easy to use, once I familiarized myself with its layout. I really appreciate the live customer support that is available over the phone where I am able to speak with a knowledgable representative regarding specific directions regarding problem solving. I utilized a service offered by Paylocity Tax Team to do the tax registrations for Idaho and Montana where we hired new employees. I was not kept up to date, and the team was slow to get to my request. I ended up doing the registrations myself because I couldn't get an answer on status. I won't use this registration service again. Speaking for our OpCo's I know there has been difficulty with the GL Integrations and working through the errors was tedious. There are multiple ERP systems among our subsidiaries, so the integrations are different from one another. We are in process of converting all to NetSuite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They updated their payroll processing and move the Time & Labor to the HR payroll processing screen so there is no need to export or import any hours to HR anymore. It makes it so much easier and we can stay in one place to process payroll for both hourly and salary employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
