The app works great 95% of the time, and the other 5% it doesnt work at all. I have more options and can utilize more features. On another payroll system we had to manually enter everything, in this one it remebers things and you can set recurring bonuses and other payments so you don't have to manually add them every time you run a payroll. **What do you dislike about Paycor?** One thing I dislike is that sometimes when I call to ask for help I have to wait on hold for a long time and then not everyone is as helpful as each other. Sometimes I call and the person is able to help me very quickly, other times they take a long time and I may even figure it out before they do. I just wish there was more consistancy. **What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding is so much easier with Paycor than with the last system we were using. Running payroll is also much easier and faster.
