For the most part ,Paycor is easy to use. They have good training videos and do a good job adding new features or fixing problems.

Report builder lacks Data or templates. Custom builder is much better.

Paying taxes for people who work in other states. Also handling the W2s .

With Paycor I can view my available time off, request vacation days, keep track of my wages and use the timeclock all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Occasionally the punch in or punch out feature malfunctions causing me to miss a punch.  However, it is easily corrected with the missed punch feature.

I can utilize one platform for all my HR related needs.

Over the many jobs I've had in my career, it seems like Paycor is among the top half of the sites.

Pay statements and PTO is easy to access.  I use those the most.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Since I have logins all over the internet, it is often difficult to remember if I need to SSO into a site or use the local login.  It seems like someone should be able to fix this issue.

It helps in understanding and getting my payroll information.  It also helps manage my PTO.  It helps in benefit enrollment.

Nothing honestly. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get the Auth code to sign in.

It is very intuitive to use as an employee, and allows me to keep track of hours, time off, tax information, in a very easy and simple manner.

The best thing I like the best about a PAycor is probably how easy it is to use and manage, and new user friendly. I use paycour a couple times a week, and it runs great. The customer support is also really helpful, and they are great.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

I don't really dislike anything truly about Paycor, but when you log out sometimes the laoding screen with get stuck and you have to refresh the page.

Sometimes the loading screen will get stuck, but all you have to do to fix it is refresh the home page.

It's helpful to have onboarding on paycor and that the employee's have access to their profile after departing the company.

Benefits in the same portal would be great.

Completing I9's virtually and digitally, with no need to print out documents. 
It is helpful for audits if / when they happen.

How inclusive of material it is. I do like how straight forward it is to log my hours. There are many features in one place.

I wouldn't say there are any true cons, however, I do think the UI is a bit underwhelming compared to say Gusto.

Great for letting us know when an employee is Tardy/Late/Or absence for work.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

THhat is doesn't give us to capabilities to stop employees if they didn't meet the hours of PTO, just has the total number in there and able to accept either way.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and attendance is only able to let you know if a person is late/absense/tardy if they already have an established schedule in there.  Would be easier to allow all supervisor to adjust the hours to the need of the business and match it correctly to what my boss is demading.

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

Paycor is used daily between HR, Managers, and all employees. Paycor is our communication hub along with recruiting, timetracking, onboarding, and payroll. This is only the surface - paycor has so many features to implement.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

Paycor's customer service has gone through many different implentations. A bit difficult to understand who your go to person is at Paycor.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paycor has solved the accuracy of time keeping for our managers. It is beneficial for managers to view employee time cards on the app and have the ability to approve time off requests and fix any errors in minutes.

The payroll reports.  They had a large selection of premade reports you could pull.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The customer service was horrible.  I could never get ahold of the same person.  We were told we would have one person over our account, but was already directed to different departments and was dealing with support that knew nothing about our account.  The tax department was not helpful at all.  A lot of tax issues came up during our two year time with paycor.

Paycor did not solve any problems for our team.  Only created issues and we had to switch providers in two years.

We used paycor for mostly payroll but also for sending team recognition, important company news alerts, time off scheduling as well. Paycor also linked with payactiv seemlessly which allowed our employees to take pay advances right from there pay check to help get them through to the next check in cases of emergency. A surprisingly helpful feature.

Sometimes can be hard to manage because of the amount of features that we did not use being in the way.

Getting all of our 10 brands under one payment umbrella which makes managing payroll a breeze

Very easy to access everything with a single click of button.  Easy to manage clock in/out times and PTO time and stay organized.

The only downside from the Paycor app I don't like is that it does not allow me to report a missed punch and I most likely have to do it through the website.

Paycor provides an employee self-service portal for pay stubs, benefits enrollment, and scheduling—improving satisfaction and reducing routine HR inquiries.

Depending on the need or request, the service varies. I think Paycor is working to streamline their functions and ensure clients needs are met. It can be a struggle sometime having to call in and repeat myself and or have tickets closed without notifying me and not being resolved.

My favorite thing about Paycor is how easy it is to use. I know how to navigate to find all of my information. PTO, paystubs, I can view my organization, etc.

Recently, my Paycor was hacked. Thats the only negative I can think of. However, Paycor was prompt and locked my account down until further notice.

Paycor helps calculate PTO for you, and gives us an electronic access to clocking in and out. It saves time, vs the old clock in and clock out paper system.

**What do you like best about Paycor?**

The integrations are what I like most about Paycor.  Customer service has improved.  Usually when you work one-on-one with a person, it goes extraordinarily well. It is unfortunate that you have to pay an extra $5K to get tailored support, but it has been worth the cost as far as our implementation for Talent Development has gone.

**What do you dislike about Paycor?**

The communication and follow up in general with Paycor has not been great.  We were actually on track to leave Paycor and go to another company had it not been for a terrible implementation experience.  If they had more consistent communication to indicate to companies what is needed/updates that are offered, this would be a great benefit. One thing that was really terrible was when they changed the menu options on the home pages with little to no communication.  Far too often these things happen with Paycor - changes made and we find out when we open our systems to work.

**What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are training to implement Talent Development and it is helping us to get away from paper evaluations.  It's really great!

I honestly don't see any downsides to paycorp. With my company most people just use it to see paystubs and request for time off. Doesn't and shouldn't be overcomplicated.
