# Which platforms provide real-time reporting on nomination status and event logistics?

Which platforms in the awards management category actually deliver real-time visibility into nomination status and event logistics, rather than requiring a coordinator to export data and rebuild a status view manually, is a question that separates programs running smoothly from ones that need constant manual checking. That gap tends to show up most clearly in what reviewers say happens between the submission of nominations and the ceremony day itself, not in what the sales page promises up front.

The real-time dashboards here solve visibility for nomination and judging status specifically, but "event logistics" on ceremony day usually involves coordinating with venue staff, AV, and catering, systems that live entirely outside any awards platform. A coordinator could have a genuinely real-time view of who's been judged and who hasn't, and still be manually reconciling that against a text thread with the venue, since none of these platforms claim to touch the physical-event side of logistics at all. Worth being precise about which half of "nomination status and event logistics" each platform is actually reporting on.
