I like that through this software; we can keep our customer database updated, create sales campaigns, track emails in seconds, and create and edit workflows, among other things. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** Its price is high and becomes unaffordable for small and possibly medium businesses. **What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used it as a CRM tool for our sales, marketing and customer service staff to have updated customer information and be able to be addressed and served in the best way; this has helped strengthen business relationships, raise the quality of care and we had noticed an increase in sales compared to when we did not have Overloop in our possession. It is a very flexible CRM, complete in terms of functionalities, fast and easy to use. Its user interface is excellent; it has everything a CRM needs. ### 2. I can gather them on LinkedIn, have the campaign view their profile and ask them to connect. If they don' connect in a couple of days it checks for and sends an email instead. Etc. It's pretty great. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** Some Linkedin features are missing but will most likely be put in soon. It doesn't have in-built calendar scheduling or texting options, but it's straightforward to use zapier to link it up to almost anything. Create 'automations' for sending pre written emails with time lapses in between that you can tailor as you wish. Excellent online support that respond to queries in a informative and friendly manner promptly. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** Email sourcing can sometimes be frustrating. You need to use common sense and check the validity of your emails otherwise you can get a lot of bounces. I'm not always able to work on new business and sometimes I don't use all my credits. It would be good if the packages were more flexible. So if you don't use all of your credits - they could be carried over into the following month or your account credited in some way. **What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Prospect.io for new business prospecting. It keeps all my new business prospects in one place and enables me to monitor them quickly and easily. (or campaigns as they used to call it) The plug in for Linkedin does not produce confident contact info, and no phone #'s only emails. Emails also don't send all at once, they are sent in batches...a few at a time.(which I did not realize at first) **Recommendations to others considering Overloop.ai:** It is a decent tool to create targeted campaigns, and good for a smaller company. Prospect.io makes collecting lead information from a sales navigator search very easy, and building prospect lists for scheduled drip campaigns can be done in minutes. Being able to track lead interactions with your email is also really handy when hunting and trying to gauge their level of interest. This is the second company I have used this tool at and I will take it with me wherever I go. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** It would be handy if when using the chrome plugin on a Linkedin search you could de-select contacts whose details you don't wish to collect. This is a tool every sales manager should know and use. It manages all the prospection tasks: from grabbing potential leads from Linkedin (there is a Chrome extension perfectly intetegrated with Linkedin) to automation of emailing to prospects (sending, reminders, triggers for conditional events, and much more) and analytics/reporting. Furthermore it's integrated with the main CRM tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc) and Zapier to automagically export the contacts depending on some triggers (conversions, replies, etc.). They recently have update the interface and some further very useful features to provide with a fluid and smart experience during the sales process. Strongly advised! **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** There are some issues in the recent total integration with Hubspot and the team is supporting very kindly. In general there are a lot of possible new features I hope they can develop (such as the possibility to the check if a contact changed position in Linkedin). But it's a startup, the continuous & agile improvement is something taken for grant! **What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the prospection process: finding new prospects, getting emails (GDPR complaint), refining on the basis of the analytics, and finalising the sale.
