What I like most about Overloop.ai is that it genuinely automates the entire outbound prospecting process, so I can focus on doing my job instead of spending hours on marketing tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Overloop.ai? What I dislike about Overloop.ai is mainly the pricing and the initial setup/onboarding. The credit-based system starts to feel restrictive pretty quickly if you’re doing serious outreach. The credits add up faster than I expected, which can hurt the overall ROI for smaller teams or individuals. The setup also required some IT help on my end. Even though they advertise self-onboarding, connecting email accounts correctly, warming them up, and getting the workflows running smoothly wasn’t as plug-and-play as I’d hoped. It took extra time and technical assistance to avoid issues. That said, once everything is up and running, the core AI features perform well. These are the main friction points for me. Overloop.ai tackles the biggest time-killer in B2B outbound sales: manually hunting for leads and sending generic, copy-paste emails that get ignored. Instead of spending hours scraping LinkedIn or building lists myself, the AI quickly finds high-quality prospects from their 450M+ B2B database and enriches them automatically. It then crafts truly personalized emails and LinkedIn messages for each prospect by pulling insights from their company site, recent activity, etc., which has noticeably improved my reply rates compared to my old one-size-fits-all approach. Even though the main goal is not achieved yet ( significant increase in quality inbound leads ) the platform is super easy to use, and the integration with linkedin seems robust. Smart limits are created in the outreach so you won't get blocked. This is not a tool to reach 1000 people a month, it's a tool for a very specific outreach and assist in speeding up the process. Perfect for creating workflows for automation. Great LinkedIn processes for direct messaging, connection requests. Easy to work prospect lists with great integration with Sales Navigator. It is intuitive and so easy to implement. When working your prospects, you can use third party tools to find email addresses, or use Overloop’s own function. If you need it, there is a good team for support. Some great guides too on how to use and to control the outbound communication flow. We use this constantly in our marketing channel.
