What I like most about Oracle CPQ is how it simplifies complex sales processes. It provides strong guided selling, accurate pricing supported by approval controls, and end-to-end automation that carries the workflow from quote through to order. I also find its flexibility and ability to integrate with CRM systems very powerful, although the implementation phase can come with a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One drawback of Oracle CPQ is its steep learning curve and complex implementation. Customization (like BML scripting) can be difficult to maintain, and performance can slow down with large configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
