Generated using AI from real user reviews
Users consistently praise the power dialing feature of Nooks, which significantly enhances their ability to connect with prospects efficiently. The platform's seamless integration with CRM tools and its user-friendly interface contribute to a streamlined workflow, allowing sales teams to focus on conversations rather than administrative tasks. However, some users note occasional lag issues during calls, which can disrupt the experience.

"Helpful Call Reporting and Insights That Make Weekly Outreach Planning Easier"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the call reporting features on Nooks. The user-level information, persona-level information, and insights are helpful, and they help me plan my weeks and outreach ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I don’t like that Nooks doesn’t load all contacts from a company during a one-off call. It only pulls in a few, which limits my options when I’m searching for and calling prospects in Nooks using the One-off feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations and Innovative Features"
What do you like best about Nooks?

This is one of the tools that you really enjoy using. Everything works smoothly and is very easy to understand. Seamless integration with your stack combined with innovative features delivers great experience so far.

Also as a bonus you're able to listen to your playlist while waiting for the person to answer. So, now instead of waiting anxiously for the prospect to reply, you're just listening to your favorite song, absolute 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Nothing yet, Have been using for a couple of months so far, no issues. Integrations work great, tool works fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern outbound calling with powerful live coaching and real-time insights"
What do you like best about Nooks?

What I like most about Nooks is how it modernizes outbound calling by combining a dialer with real-time coaching and collaboration tools. It helps sales teams connect with prospects more efficiently while also giving clear visibility into conversations, performance, and areas for improvement. The live coaching features and call insights are especially valuable because they support both productivity and skill development, keeping the focus on consistent improvement rather than just increasing call volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

What I don’t like about Nooks is that it can take a bit of time for new users to get comfortable with the workflow, especially if they’re used to more traditional dialers. Some features and settings aren’t immediately intuitive, which can make onboarding feel slower at first. The pricing can also feel high for smaller teams. And while the platform is powerful overall, having more flexibility around customisations and reporting would make it even more useful for different sales processes and team structures. "Nooks slashes cold calling time and boosts conversations. 100% recommend."
What do you like best about Nooks?

It's super fast, and it helps me get a ton of calls in with a decent number of conversations (at bats) per day. This is a huge time saver. Any cold caller ought to have Nooks as part of the stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

1/ I wish there was a multi-screen version during parallel dialing, so we can get more insight from each contact during those sessions. Let me explain. When power dialing, each contact opens up a dashboard where I can see various widgets, including a snapshot of their LinkedIn profile. However, you lose this feature during parallel dialing. It would be helpful to have a parallel dialing interface that gives you a dashboard for each contact, so you're better prepped for the call. This would likely work best for multi-screen setups, but it'd be a 1% boost in how relevant my convo could be.

2/ The AI note taker sometimes gets too generalized with longer detailed cold calls. I've had 10-20 minute calls where key details were missing, because the AI note taker was trying to consolidate details into high level notes. Having more specific key details can be beneficial in follow up calls to the same prospect, or to calls within the same organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing Auto-Dialer with Powerful Analytics and CRM Sync"
What do you like best about Nooks?

The auto-dialer and parallel dialing features have been game-changers for my cold calling workflow. I can get through my call list 3x faster than manual dialing. The real-time analytics and call disposition tracking help me optimize my approach, and the CRM integration keeps everything synced automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Occasionally the call quality can drop during peak hours. The reporting dashboard could be more customizable - I'd love to create custom views for specific metrics. Also, the mobile app functionality is limited compared to the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks Supercharges Outbound Calling with Tracking, Auto-Dialer, and Lead Intelligence"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Outbound Call Tracking - allows my leadership to view and review my dials and the associate numbers I'm seeing success with

Auto-Dialer - lets me dial multiple prospects at once and connects me to the first available saving dozens and dozens of minutes manually dialing

Lead Intelligence - lets me know who I'm calling and why so I'm prepped for the next connected call

Virtual Workspaces - let me collaborate and and grow with my teammates and encourages a an in-office feel remotely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

The only I downside I have with Nooks is the speed at which you have to prepare once you hit a connected call. It's more of a skill based issue rather than a functionality issue from the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Time-Saver with Great Call Recap Features"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks primarily for cold calling and linking my calls to Salesforce, which I find pretty helpful. What I like most is how it saves me a lot of time. The abbreviated call recap transcripts are my favorite feature because they usually tell me exactly what I missed on previous calls with prospects. This feature allows me to skip listening to past calls, saving me about five minutes per account that I'm prepping for, by providing all the key info in about thirty seconds. Additionally, I've had no trouble using Nooks, it's been seamless, and it's become my go-to tool for dialing specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I think, occasionally, it doesn't connect to Salesforce properly, which is a little bit frustrating. And when you're searching for a prospect or, like, someone's name, you don't type it exactly right, it won't come up, which is a little bit frustrating. Or if there's a space at the end, it doesn't come up. So I think if it was, like, a little bit less sensitive or it had just kind of a guessing tool where you have one typo in the name if it guesses or whatever. "Efficient Calling, Time-Saving Gem"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I use Nooks for my role as a BDR to cold call prospects and it helps me call multiple people at once, making me way more efficient and giving me time back for other tasks. I like how I can organize with the filters, allowing me to remove someone from my view if I don't want to call them again on the same day or the day before. It's very easy to organize the way I'm looking for. It helps me feel more prepared for my calls and ensures I'm not bothering someone by calling too many times or at inconvenient hours, thanks to the time zone filter. The initial setup of Nooks was so easy and the staff was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I wish there was a way to add notes to CRM directly after a call on the Nooks page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nooks: Comprehensive Dialer, Intuitive and Well-Supported"
What do you like best about Nooks?

I find that anything I need in a dialer is there in Nooks. From one line to being able to power dial, from single dial to having smart lists for people that haven't answered in the past ninety days, it's all very organized. As someone who needs a BDR setup, it's really all there for me to utilize. It's a great experience overall, especially in a cold calling environment. It allows me to focus only on the call. They have all the battle cards; I mean, it's just everything you could need in a dialer. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive, and their support is great. If I have any questions, they jump on it immediately. The onboarding was great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

I don't like how when someone picks up and immediately hangs up, it takes them out of my sequences or out of the dialing. Sometimes it just disconnects, and that's something I don't like as much because sometimes I want to keep calling them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Easy Calling Experience"
What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is amazing because it transforms cold calling into an event that is much more fun. I have built confidence up knowing my colleagues could be listening and rooting me on in the sales-floor.

On another note, calling more than 50 people per day is way easier with the auto dial and parallel dialer functions. It allows me to have more prospects in flow and make sure I am calling the right people every day.

I also like the Ai agents you can customize which were helpful first starting out in my new role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nooks?

Some errors on post-call dispositions and some people staying in flow after putting not interested. Some difficulty seeing crucial account or prospect notes when calling people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
