Nilus - the Bank to ERP automation & cash flow tool that transformed Yotpo's Finance **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mari O. | Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025 **What do you like best about Nilus?** There are many things I like best about Nilus, the main ones are: 1) Automation of manual work: reduces repetitive billing and accounting tasks, freeing the team to focus on other strategic work. 2) Data accuracy and transparency: learns quickly to automate the payment to invoice reconciliation, and provides >96% of automation accuracy in this task. 3) Seamless integrations and implementation: integrates well with banks, and ERPs (in our case, NetSuite) 4) improved decision-making: their dashboards, reports and general UI is intuitive and simple for teams and managers to use. 5) Improves collaboration between Billing, collections, accounting and sales. 6) Allows us to shorten the month-end cycle thanks to their automation solution and accuracy levels. 7) Customer support is one fo the best in the industry. They are always available to help and provide real solutions. **What do you dislike about Nilus?** There is no downside currently about Nilus. **What problems is Nilus solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are automating tasks in payment to invoice reconciliations, resolving multi-currency payment complexities, reducing time to close the month, reducing (extensively) errors around bank reconciliations, and providing us useful live data of our bank activity. ### 2. I use it daily. The platform is extremely easy to use and allows me to spend less time processing and more time on strategic analytics. The Nilus team continues to add features and AI-integration that is adding some cool functionalities. Top tier customer support as well. I can't imagine how I would do my job without Nilus **What do you dislike about Nilus?** Would love if they had an excel integration, but I am told that is coming **What problems is Nilus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's auto-tagging functionality helps me immediately tag transactions into the relevant categories so I can more quickly provide comprehensive cash flow updates to management as frequently as I want. Otherwise, I would need to set up some complicated excel sheet that manually made those categorizations, which would materially slow me down ### 3. The system provides clear visibility into projected cash flows, enabling a better understanding of both current and future liquidity. It also offers valuable insights into prior-day cash balances and activity across all our banks. Additionally, customer service has been highly responsive to our questions as we continue to learn and navigate the system. **What do you dislike about Nilus?** We have experienced some connectivity issues, which can be challenging when reviewing uncategorized transactions and balances. The Nilus team has taken this matter very seriously and is actively working on a resolution. While system issues can occur, we appreciate Nilus’s commitment and attention to permanently resolving them. **What problems is Nilus solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our former Treasury Workstation, forecasting was challenging due to the cumbersome process of entering forecasts from each BU. This not only left room for human error but also resulted in less accurate forecasts. With Nilus, the streamlined process of transferring each BU’s forecast has virtually eliminated human error and significantly improved accuracy. The system also makes it easier to identify and analyze trends, as well as uncover inaccuracies in BU submissions, allowing us to collaborate with them to deliver more reliable short-term forecasts. ### 4.
