User Friendly Tool which Continues to be Developed Based on Customer Needs **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025 **What do you like best about Nilus?** Forecasting, particularly the process of entering forecasts, is far more user-friendly than in our previous Treasury Workstation. The system provides clear visibility into projected cash flows, enabling a better understanding of both current and future liquidity. It also offers valuable insights into prior-day cash balances and activity across all our banks. Additionally, customer service has been highly responsive to our questions as we continue to learn and navigate the system. **What do you dislike about Nilus?** We have experienced some connectivity issues, which can be challenging when reviewing uncategorized transactions and balances. The Nilus team has taken this matter very seriously and is actively working on a resolution. While system issues can occur, we appreciate Nilus’s commitment and attention to permanently resolving them. **What problems is Nilus solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our former Treasury Workstation, forecasting was challenging due to the cumbersome process of entering forecasts from each BU. This not only left room for human error but also resulted in less accurate forecasts. With Nilus, the streamlined process of transferring each BU’s forecast has virtually eliminated human error and significantly improved accuracy. The system also makes it easier to identify and analyze trends, as well as uncover inaccuracies in BU submissions, allowing us to collaborate with them to deliver more reliable short-term forecasts. ### 2. Its features enable efficient tracking, forecasting, and control over cash flow, making day-to-day financial operations much easier. In addition, the support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist, which ensures a smooth and reliable user experience. **What do you dislike about Nilus?** In some cases, the implementation process requires time and effort; however, in my view, the results are well worth the investment. **What problems is Nilus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nilus provides a centralized and transparent platform for managing cash flow, consolidating bank accounts, and improving forecasting accuracy. It reduces manual work, minimizes errors, and gives real-time visibility into our liquidity position. This allows us to make faster, more informed financial decisions and optimize the use of our cash resources. ### 3.
