The physical hardware is very easy to use and is straightforward enough for training new hires. Even the operator consoles, which can be more complex, are basic and intuitive. I appreciate the fact that we can choose between using a physical console or a digital version on a computer screen, which provides flexibility. The system is overwhelmingly intuitive and has been pretty reliable, with very few glitches. It's the lifeblood of our dealerships, so reliability is critical, and Mitel Phone delivers well. **What do you dislike about Mitel Phone?** Well, because the system is aging, the Mitel Phone could use an upgrade within its reporting software. Sometimes the reporting seems a little bit dated. **What problems is Mitel Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mitel Phone provides an easy automated auto attendant for high call volumes, redirecting calls to the right department, using hunt groups and automatic call distribution for routing.
