What do you like best about Lumana?
We’ve been using the Lumana AI Camera System at Give Kids The World Village, and it has far exceeded our expectations in both performance and reliability. As a nonprofit resort serving critically ill children and their families, safety and situational awareness are top priorities — and Lumana has proven to be a true game-changer for our operations.
From day one, the system impressed us with its crystal-clear image quality — even in low-light conditions — and its real-time alerts powered by advanced AI analytics. The facial recognition, object detection, and motion tracking capabilities are incredibly accurate, allowing our team to respond quickly and efficiently to any potential concerns on property.

What do you dislike about Lumana?
If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the initial setup and configuration, which required a bit of a learning curve — especially when customizing alert zones and adjusting sensitivity settings. That said, once configured, the system has been incredibly reliable and easy to use. Plus, Lumana’s support team was quick to assist and made the process much smoother.
