In my experience with Locobuzz, the analytics capabilities feel somewhat basic - the reporting could benefit from more advanced customization options and deeper, more granular insights. Additionally, the mobile app needs significant improvement, as it currently doesn’t provide a smooth or efficient experience for managing tasks on the go.

Using Locobuzz, we’ve been able to overcome major ORM challenges, including managing large-scale social media interactions, ensuring timely responses, and removing the need for manual sentiment analysis. locobuzz is not just an social media tool, its equipped with AI functions which makes easy to evalute with other tools like xelio(Internal). Locobuzz is also helping us to communicate effectively related to the project and its implementations.

I'd say they can do better on the support side because the response time is not effective and the frequency of their response can be better from existing time frame.

Locobuzz helps the lot of data problems while doing brand reputation, like before this, we are stumbled to store and making dashboards through the multiple tools but now it is easy to manage.

What I like the most about Locobuzz is that everything on the platform is very easy to understand and navigate. The type of reports that Locobuzz provides are truly impressive, and the fact that we can fully customize the dashboards as per our requirements makes it even better. The ORM functionality also becomes much more streamlined and efficient through the platform. Apart from this, Satwik from the Customer Success team has been extremely supportive throughout, and he has always been available to help resolve every query without delay.

Moreover, Locobuzz has played a crucial role in addressing major challenges like tracking agents' productivity, First Response Time (FRT), and Service Level Agreements (SLA) alignment, crucially aiding our company as it grows.

I find its prices a bit high for adding one more user. If in the future, we are looking to expand, then adding one user will cost us 7000 per login/per month, which seems to be a lot for any company.

I prefer the User friendly interface and real time capabilities to monitor all the chatter about our product across all Social Media channels, this really help us to be on top of any feedbacks or complaints that we receive on these platofms and take necessary actions to rectify and improve the same.
Customer succcess team have been really helpful and proactive in terms of providing ample support whener it is needed.

One drawback of the tool - It does not generate channel-wise ticket closure TAT. However, the available option is quite complex to get the SLA report.

Ticketing - auto tagging with the keywords and setiment based filter are cool feature of the tool. 

PS : The Spoc from locobuzzz team khushi was really helpful when ever there was need.

If we have missed any details in our ticket, there is no option to check our last closed ticket to rectify the error or fill the details. We have to check a common bucket in which it is hard to find our own tickets. There is no ease of integration of negative reviews from the portal.
