What do you like best about Locobuzz?

I find Locobuzz incredibly valuable for social media escalation handling due to its real-time alerts for negative sentiments or high-impact issues, which are crucial for timely responses. I appreciate the SLAs and reminders provided by Locobuzz as they ensure no escalation is missed. On social media, missing a complaint, especially from an angry customer or an influential user, can escalate quickly. Locobuzz's SLA timers are particularly useful as they highlight conversations that are nearing or breaching deadlines, allowing me to prioritize effectively. This way, I never overlook important customer interactions. What do you like best about Locobuzz?

What I like the most about Locobuzz is that everything on the platform is very easy to understand and navigate. The type of reports that Locobuzz provides are truly impressive, and the fact that we can fully customize the dashboards as per our requirements makes it even better. The ORM functionality also becomes much more streamlined and efficient through the platform. Apart from this, Satwik from the Customer Success team has been extremely supportive throughout, and he has always been available to help resolve every query without delay. I really appreciate Locobuzz for its user-friendly interface, which makes handling complex tasks more manageable and efficient on a daily basis. The ticket-level tracking capability is particularly useful, as it allows me to monitor everything that needs to be tracked effectively, and the reports generated are readable, which is an advantage over some other software options. I find the customizable reports especially beneficial, as they enable us to pull detailed information on customer queries and agent productivity seamlessly. The support team, with representatives like Jinisha and Satwik, stands out for their availability and prompt responses, offering detailed sessions and creating communication channels such as a WhatsApp group for easy resolution of minor doubts. The planned calendar for training and doubt sessions was instrumental during the setup process, contributing to a smooth transition. Moreover, Locobuzz has played a crucial role in addressing major challenges like tracking agents' productivity, First Response Time (FRT), and Service Level Agreements (SLA) alignment, crucially aiding our company as it grows. What do you dislike about Locobuzz?

Occasionally, I experience login problems and some delays, which I hope can be improved in the future. I also sometimes have trouble retrieving live links for Facebook posts, and it's a bit disappointing that LinkedIn inbox messages aren't supported.
