social analytics - AI powered data fetching is really cool feature. along with the data widgets will helps out in forcasting the number sooner.
Ticketing - auto tagging with the keywords and setiment based filter are cool feature of the tool.

If we have missed any details in our ticket, there is no option to check our last closed ticket to rectify the error or fill the details. 1)Unable to see my closed tickets separately.
2)Tickets get assigned to another representative if I set the status 'Outcalling'/'break'. It should only be assigned to another agent in case of 'Complete log out'.
