Locobuzz is a great tool to have, It's very easy to use, and everything is sorted. It makes your work way easy.

Keywords needs to be approved all the time and it takes time to fetch data via keywords.

After the new interface has been launched, the tool has been having issues with connecting accounts and token reauthorisations. This frequent reautorisation requirement sometimes leads to loss of tracking in the interim.

Dificult to search or find anything after closing the tickets. Unclear filters. 
System glitch, ticket was responded and closed still it shows direct close.

Locobuzz is an exceptional platform that has recently undergone a major update, propelling it from a good listening tool to an outstanding one. The platform allows for comprehensive data collection and sentiment analysis, while also providing easy, real-time response to all customer queries. The user interface is sleek and intuitive, featuring numerous customizable widgets that make organization effortless. Additionally, users can now easily export reports and charts.

It has proven to be essential in understanding and tracking customer sentiments and inquiries. However, we recognize its tremendous potential as a marketing tool in many areas.

They can improve ORM keyword-based  search and simplify keyword integration. It should be easy to download the excel reports instead of sending it to the emails.

The tool is user friendly and almost like plug and play. There is hardly any training required. Moreover, the customer support is excellent.

Token expiration is something that I do not like but it may be a common issue across tools. There have been instances where the comment/mention was not captured in the tool.

It captures the DMs and tweets in a real time basis

1. To reply on every tweet you have to refresh it everytime.
2. once your close the concern all the details mentioned in the details section got vanished.
3. Sometimes it do not captures the tweets at all even if you have put in on Auto updated mode.
4. Lags when you try to close the ticket.

**What do you like best about Locobuzz?**

Locobuzz has been a good listening tool, but with the new update, it is now an awesome platform. 

The user interface is easy and a lot cleaner. The numerous, customizable widgets help get things organised. Reports and charts are now easily exportable. 

While this tool has always help our brand understand and track queries and sentiments of customers and prospects, it has so much potential in many areas of marketing.

Found it quite unfriendly in the beginning but with the update, it is much better.

1. ORM- this has improved our response rate and overall TAT on tickets.

2. Sentiment Analysis - this has helped us understand the perceived value of our brand in the industry.

3. Regular Reporting- This helps us constantly be updated on our progresses and drawbacks.

The DIY Dashboard selection is good but the brands total volume never match.

Relevant mentions are not crawled in the tool. Response dashboard is not user friendly & support team is not reachable most of the time.

Nothing for now. Found it a little slow in the beginning but the team has helped us through that as well
