Lipscore has been a very useful way for us to collect reviews on our products. The support team is responsive and helpful when we've had any issues. 
The dashboard is straightforward and easy to navigate, making the whole process hassle-free. We especially appreciate how clear the insights are, as they have enabled us to make better decisions based on genuine customer feedback. 
Since implementing Lipscore, we've gathered a significant number of reviews. It has genuinely made a positive impact.

We have no complaints; thus far, our experience with Lipscore has been great.

**What do you like best about Lipscore?**

I find Lipscore easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The integration with Shopify is another aspect I really appreciate, as it makes it easy to get real reviews that are product-specific. It's also straightforward to show real user product reviews directly on our site.

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

I find the way we send out the review invitations with Lipscore pretty limited. Being able to send a direct link would be easier. Also, as a small company, it has been hard to get enough reviews for GA.

Lipscore allows me to show real user product reviews directly on our site and easily get product-specific reviews. The Shopify integration is also a valuable feature.

**What do you like best about Lipscore?**

I can manually configure and set up a lot with Lipscore, which I like. I also like that I can actively invite product reviews. Additionally, it has a great appearance. Everything can be customized very individually, so it fits our e-commerce. After a few small difficulties at the beginning, the setup worked wonderfully and we had good support.

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

Unfortunately, there are no batches yet that could be used for other purposes such as commercials.

Lipscore makes our site more credible and directs customers back after purchase. I can manually adjust a lot and actively invite reviews, which makes it ideal for our e-commerce.

**What do you like best about Lipscore?**

Our experience with Lipscore has been pleasure. Setup for our WooCommerce store was quick & straightforward. As soon as the ball started rolling, we saw a dramatic increase in the number of reviews left on our website. The platform allows us to passively increase the number of reviews we receive with no intervention needed from our side (besides the occasional non-compliant review). 

We run a CBD business and being so means there are restrictions on the reviews and testimonials we can publicise from customers. We’ve been using Lipscore’s AI moderation tool which flags non-compliant reviews to the team based off customised instructions. We can then contact the customer through the platform and ask them to adjust their review. The process is effortless and we’ve been very happy with the results so far. 

Invitations are delayed to allow the customer to properly test the product which helps us to gain more useful reviews and insights.

We’ve had various widgets added throughout the site which look great and fit into the site’s design & our branding.

Every team member we have worked with to get onboard & setup has been fantastic & support is exceptional. We worked primarily with Angela & Georgina Turnell who both provided outstanding support & always resolved any issue we had. We truly don’t have a bad word to say, it is an effective review platform that pulls through on its promises.

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

We've only been setup for a few months but so far, we haven't come across and dislikes or issues.

**What problems is Lipscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue that Lipscore has resolved for us is the moderation of non-compliant reviews. The time taken to review flagged submissions is minimal and we can effortlessly ask customers to tweak and re-submit their reviews. 

More generally, the platform is helping us to generate real reviews from authenticated customers. Invitations are delayed to allow customers a chance to test our products properly so reviews are more thorough which is critical for us.

I like that Lipscore is easy to use and customize. The ability to change colors and placements helps match the aesthetics of our high-end shop. I also appreciate the nice design.

I would like to customize more when it comes to invitations, like having different invite dates based on products. Also, while the initial setup was okay, we had to do a lot of customizations.

**What do you like best about Lipscore?**

As a company delivering intangible services, we are probably one of the more unorthodox customers of Lipscore. However, it also proves that their solutions can be tailored for rating and reviewing services, as opposed to the more typical e-commerce customer. 

What I like most about Real Reviews by Lipscore is that their team is very friendly and accommodating, solving any outstanding issues on-the-go. Moreover, their solution just works, with no or very little downtime. And of course, the minimal complexity of the integration and implementation also helps!

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

As far as I understand, Real Reviews by Lipscore is a relatively small company. Focusing on growth may be prioritized over delivering promised functionality on-time. I would say this has happened to some extent, but it has never been a real issue. 

Secondly, I guess their admin-platform could be better, providing more insights and better filtering-options. The process that requires most follow-ups are submitted reviews where the customer provided the wrong score. This process is manual as Lipscore, for obvious reasons, have to verify that this is true. WIthout this verfication, it is much easier to manipulate the data, and thus I understand very well why this process may be time-consuming.

**What problems is Lipscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real Reviews by Lipscore enables us to gather qualitative and quantitative insights from our customers. As long as the services we deliver are at the level we expect them to be, these solutions also provide us with a competitive advantage in the form of a customer satisfaction quantitative score with qualitative insights to back it up.

We have had a very positive customer service experience so far with our friendly and responsive account manager Angela. Good training on how to use the platform which offers a significant step up on communicating with our reviewers than what Trustpilot offer. Good response rates achieved in the first months and overall happy with the experience to date.

Nothing negative stands out at this point, all positive.

We are able to communicate much more effectively with customers who might leave a bad review or rating. We often receive low ratings from customers by accident and Lipscore offers us a good method of asking our customers to re-rate the product or give us more information, this is great for combatting any negative reviews or ratings that either can be resolved or the customer did not mean to give. 

We are gathering more product ratings and reviews than on Trustpilot before enabling us to show a larger proportion of 5* reviews on our website across our large catalogue of products.

**What do you like best about Lipscore?**

We have been using lipscore for a couple of years now and its been great so far. The setup was very hands off and we were kept updated the whole way through. Being able to back date review request a couple of months allowed for a nice batch of reviews to hit the site in a short time which got the ball rolling and hasn't stopped rolling from there. We get around a 30% response rate which is outstanding and mostly down to how easy they make leaving a rating, only a couple of clicks for the customer!
They are very open to feedback and the yearly review calls have been really helpful, tip and tricks given have had a real and noticeable impact.

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

I have spoken to lipscore about this and it is something they are looking into. I would love to be able to reply to rating no just reviews, as we get the occasional 1 star rating and not being able to show publicly that we have at least tried to reach out to the customer and resolve whatever issue they have had is unfortunate.

I really like using Lipscore because it’s simple and easy to work with. Their customer service is excellent, always quick and helpful. The results we get from the surveys also help build a strong reputation for our brand, which is incredibly valuable.

One challenge we experienced in the beginning was that all the content and communication were in English. Our first customer manager also only communicated in English, which created some distance and made it harder to feel fully connected to Lipscore. Things improved significantly once we were assigned someone who speaks our language – it made communication much easier and more personal.

Nice and good implementation on Prestashop, once it was done. Very helpful and competent tech staff. Seems to be helpful for customers.

Initial contact with sales rep left us a little confused. Certain features were described as 'it just works' however the implementation/onboarding took longer than expected. And a certain feature to get the stars on to Google didn't work because we're lacking GTIN-numbers. This was not mentioned when we signed up. Also, the annual price was very high.
Furthermore the service demands alot of attention to really fly. As a small business (around 10 employees) it's pretty hard to keep up with all customer feedback.

Lipscore as a product is designed and does work well. The email follow-up campaigns sent to customers after the purchase are very helpful in collecting reviews from both of our Shopify stores. I really like how you can manage multiple websites and accounts from one master account. It simplifies payments and performance tracking because it is all done from one dashboard. 

One of the areas where Lipscore has been exceptional to work with has been on customer service. Onboarding was easier with a sales rep who understood our industry. The Integration team was great as well – the app was put in within a short period of time and I was impressed by how quickly they did it.

The only downside is that the UI feels a bit outdated and clunky. A more modern and polished interface would improve the overall user experience. With Lipscore, customers receive review request emails automatically sent to them once they make a purchase, thereby receiving a steady flow of genuine reviews. This has actually helped us build social proof, which is quite crucial when it comes to optimising customer trust and conversion rates.

Lipscore allow us to review certain customer reviews that contain words which we as a company do not advise or advertise our products do as they are supplements. This allows us to help keep out legal obligations in check and not publish reviews which state these factors.

We have two brands on lipscore we have recently launched a new brand and would like to use lipscore on our new brands website, however i have phoned the number available emailed the contacts i have and have not received any response or communication so we have been unable to set this up.

**What problems is Lipscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a supplement business however our supplements have not gone through clinical trials to prove that they can help with specific things, legally we can not make claims about our products due to this. Lipscore helps us manage reviews which state specific topics that we do not advertise and cannot advertise our products for due to legal reasons.

I love how readily customers now leave reviews because Lipscore make it so easy for them to do so!  I received more reviews in the first 3 months of using Lipscore than I have in 10 years with other feedback mechanisms!  Customer Service is splendid - responsive, they listen and respond efficiently!

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about LipScore.  I'm 7 months in using the tool and all I have seen is a huge upside.

Historically I have struggled to encourage customers to leave reviews.  Lipscore make it so easy that uptake is about 30%.  The detail that customers leave is really helping  to fuel sales for me.

it's great that customers are able to leave ratings about the individual items in their orders, which as a result can encourage new/existing customers to try those items.  the customer support are also great for sending over any reviews to be amended, and action this relatively quickly.

the only negative about lipscore would be the rating selection, as we have a lot of customers incorrectly selecting negative reviews.  if the buttons were bigger/clearer for customers to choose, that would definitely help.  overall though amazing

Lipscore makes it so simple for the customer to leave an honest review about their feedback, which is then displayed in several ways to benefit our business, with handy widgets & website plugins. It was extremely easy to implement and integrate with out current tech stack and the customer support we have always received from Lipscore has been extremely high quality.

**What do you dislike about Lipscore?**

There aren't multiple predefined templates to select review requests from. It only takes a couple minutes to build one out but that is the only thing I've found that isn't a market-leading standard with Lipscore.

I wish there were more variations for sending reviews. Some products can be reviewed right away, while others require them to be used first. Unfortunately, you can only set one rule for sending, not different settings for different products/product categories.

The Lipscore platform is really easy to use - setting our account up was easy and the team helped to integrate it easily with our website. The dashboard allows very good analytics for reviewing performance, validating reviews, responding to customers with negative scores, and exporting reviews for use elsewhere.
