What do you like best about Limble?

Limble has made it easy to store all of our work orders, invoices, vendor information, etc. in one place. It has greatly increased our efficiency as a team. It has become our "go-to" for all our building maintenance and management information. Limble is easy to use and has great tutorials to educate users on using the system. They also provide free trainings that are full of useful tips. Our team is very pleased with our decision to move to Limble. The onboarding process was helpful as we navigating the system at the beginning. Elba is AWESOME! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

What do you like best about Limble?

User friendly, easy to navigate. The customer service is excellent, Between Katia and Robbie no questions are left unanswered and they always find solutions to help us get the most out of the app. There are endless ways to integrate and streamline our maintenance program and make paperwork a thing of the past. What do you like best about Limble?

The thing that I liked the best about Limble was that it was easy to use and very powerful. It also contains the ability to make very pleasing graphs and charts.

Ciro was the Limble employee that I worked with and he was fantastic. Ciro was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on every topic. 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that I disliked the most about Limble was that it has been fairly tedious to implement into our company. Limble does not like to play nice with excel and you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it to do anything in bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Limble?

We are a small company that did not have a Maintenace system in place before starting Limble. The implementation process was smooth and straight forward - it was easy to "hit the ground running" and start seeing results quickly. In the short amount of time we have been using Limble, I already see big improvements in tracking of downtime and recurring issues. The customizable dashboard is great for me as a production manager to identify problem equipment, production losses, and has even improved communication across our Maintenace and Production team. The customer service we received during the setup process was phenomenal. Our Customer Sucess Manager is supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful during the entire process of on- boarding. Limble has made it much easier to stay organized, reduce unplanned downtime, and take a more proactive approach to maintenance. I highly recommend Limble for businesses looking to gain control and insight into their maintenance operations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Limble?

Limble provided a way for our company to proactively track our fleet for scheduled maintenance. It also provided a way to reference maintenance records all in one location. We now have a streamlined, organized process to maintain our fleet and equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

One downside is when we have a user request for an oil change, we have to address that request separately from the PM Work Order that we generate to track mileage. Although you can update mileage when closing out a service request work order, it would be much easier if we could attach the service request to a PM work order and close it all together.
