What do you like best about Limble?

From the start, the user experience was smooth and intuitive. The team behind the software did a fantastic job streamlining the work order creation process, making it easier than ever for everyone to input their data consistently and efficiently.

A special shoutout to our Customer Success Manager, Alix, who played a key role in the launch. Her clear guidance, thorough explanations, and hands-on support made the transition seamless for our entire team.

What do you dislike about Limble?

In the field of maintenance management there are many approaches to management. It takes some thought to understand the examples given in the tutorials and consider how to make it work at your own place. What do you like best about Limble?

Limble is a very user-friendly and intuitive maintenance tracking solution. A user can easily learn to navigate the software in less than an hour. Integrating it is an easy process, as Limble allows for data to be uploaded through an Excel template that the software provides. My maintenance team loves the searchability of the software. Each page gives you a search bar that will find any fragment of information that the user types, such as partial machine numbers or names. If there is ever a question about how to do something in the software, it has a built-in live chat customer support that will walk you through a solution either through text or video. There are also YouTube tutorials linked into the software so you can find help incredibly fast. They also assign you an account manager who will assist in getting you set up and integrated, providing you with ideas to make the process easy and efficient. Now that the software has been set up, the maintenance team is constantly using it to manage tasks and track PMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Limble?

There is very little to dislike about Limble, honestly. It has some features for you to add vendors and purchase parts, which my team does not use, but these features do not distract from the main use of the software. What do you like best about Limble?

Limble has a great pricing structure. Support knows their stuff and is quick to reply. Our implementation specialist has gone above and beyond to help us become successful using the product. End users that we thought would take months to adopt its daily use have taken to Limble in a matter of weeks. This is due to it's simplistic and easy to navigate menus and work order system. We are on the fast track to success with Limble. It's implementation has helped to reduce a number of barriers within the company and is helping us foster a culture of trust and accountability within the organization. What do you like best about Limble?

Customer support and training. Katia made our implantation very easy, she showed shortcuts that cut hours off of set-up time. I have just gone live and have found that it's easy enough to use that even production supervisors can use it. What do you like best about Limble?

Data importing was very easy. There are templates to download and videos to watch that make it very helpful and easy to use. I was given a customer support specialist that helped me plan the transition and when I had a question the response was answered quickly. I was able to complete the transition from my old product in just 4 days. The customizable dashboards are easy to set up and allow me to get the information I need quickly. What do you dislike about Limble?

I have only one minor gripe about the program and that is I cannot group multiple assets of the same model on one PM workorder. An example of this is I have 12 extruders that I grease monthly. Instead of one workorder I have to open twelve workorders and close them all individually. But I consider this very minor compared to all of the benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Limble?

Our current CMMS was closing. As we did our research to compare new CMMS Limble offered some great features we were looking for and was able to be very competitive to prices of other comparable CMMS' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the customization is limited. Its not a deal breaker but would add that extra push to keep Limble above other CMMS' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
