With eService, you have the ability to control the assignment and progression of work orders for one or more properties. ## AMSI - eService Reviews ### 1. Property management has a lot more options now. There are other companies that are cheaper that specialize in creating updates that coincide with what is needed in the market right now. **What do you dislike about AMSI - eService?** There are some things that are great about Eservice but there are more specialized platforms out there that can get more done reporting wise. Integration with other platforms is where it falls behind. I think property management softwares have more experience that may integrate better with their own software. Our PM software, Entrata, and AMSI do not always integrate properly. **What problems is AMSI - eService solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do like that you can create custom reports that allow for us to reach out to our investors. Again, other platforms allow for better upgrades. For example, some will have platforms that investors can log in to where they can view these without us manually running the reports. ### 2. The software tolls and layout were very easy to access and beginner friendly. **What do you dislike about AMSI - eService?** There was nothing to dislike. I was a new user at the time and I found it a pretty good software. **What problems is AMSI - eService solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't used AMSI in so long. It's been since 2023 for me. ### 3. Maintenance request reports are helpful because they allow you to count how many service requests were completed at each site, although I have not figure out whether it's possible, (and if it is, how) to break it down by maintenance category. It has the capability to assign service requests to different techs, although it is not intuitive to figure out how to do so. You can input requests from different properties at the same time. You can adjust the types of requests to fit what you typically work on at each property. **What do you dislike about AMSI - eService?** Where do I begin. In today's world of everything AppFolio and Yardi offers, AMSI is comparable to sending a quick e-mail via. fax. There are no mobile capabilities, which is a big deal when your properties are small and spread out and maintenance techs can't always be in the office to grab them. Barely anything integrates with it. It is not intuitive, and does not have half of the reports that make it convenient for property management. To input a request takes about five steps, and fields are super confusing and repeat. There is no option to keep inventory or to take photos straight from the software to note requests or issues. **Recommendations to others considering AMSI - eService:** Consider as a last resort **What problems is AMSI - eService solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping service requests in one place. Reports totaling the requests and easily identifiable big picture issues (for instance -- a lot of HVAC calls in the same building = let's budget for a new system). ### 4. a little dated, worked okay **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2019 **What do you like best about AMSI - eService?** it was easy to enter in tenants rents and see who was deliquent **What do you dislike about AMSI - eService?** were not able to have tenants pay online **What problems is AMSI - eService solving and how is that benefiting you?** we switched from AMSI to Appfolio for our property management system. when using AMSI it was nice to see the format of lease renewals that were coming up each month. ### 5.
