What do you like best about AMSI - eService?

Reporting is easy to find but it is getting to the point of being outdated. Property management has a lot more options now. There are other companies that are cheaper that specialize in creating updates that coincide with what is needed in the market right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMSI - eService?

There are some things that are great about Eservice but there are more specialized platforms out there that can get more done reporting wise. Integration with other platforms is where it falls behind. I think property management softwares have more experience that may integrate better with their own software. Our PM software, Entrata, and AMSI do not always integrate properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMSI - eService?

It does the basics. Maintenance request reports are helpful because they allow you to count how many service requests were completed at each site, although I have not figure out whether it's possible, (and if it is, how) to break it down by maintenance category. It has the capability to assign service requests to different techs, although it is not intuitive to figure out how to do so. You can input requests from different properties at the same time. You can adjust the types of requests to fit what you typically work on at each property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMSI - eService?

Where do I begin. In today's world of everything AppFolio and Yardi offers, AMSI is comparable to sending a quick e-mail via. fax. There are no mobile capabilities, which is a big deal when your properties are small and spread out and maintenance techs can't always be in the office to grab them. Barely anything integrates with it. It is not intuitive, and does not have half of the reports that make it convenient for property management. To input a request takes about five steps, and fields are super confusing and repeat. There is no option to keep inventory or to take photos straight from the software to note requests or issues.
