    "Great program with up to date info: I love the option to see valuable insights on the company to include the technologies their leveraging. It's important for our selling organization to have an idea what their utilizing to date and where- network, applications, CRM etc.. Also the org chart information is very extensive- not only does it show me the executives and their ranking but also routes me to their LinkedIn. Similar companies tab can also help when it comes to identifying competitors. "

    "Ok tool - better ones available: We use their tools Enterprise and Target. Once you get the data into your CRM (which is a process) we have had decent success with converting them from cold leads to warm leads to opportunities. The SFDC Tile is really nice that lays within SFDC. "

Going a step further, features like Crystal Insight allow me to view that individual’s personality traits and even provides me with advice on how to communicate with them to yield the highest rate of success.     "Easy extension to use when looking for website tech: Compared to other tools such as Builtwith, HG allows you to quickly thrawl through the hassle and identify the tools different websites are using. I frequently use this to understand whether a company is using a full Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce stack or whether they seem to be more open source. I think this tool is especially helpful to tech inside sales as they often don't have the technical knowledge of different types of software."

    "A user-friendly tool for all businesses .: Relpro makes it easy to filter your searches by providing a plethora of search options. They also provide a lot of data.I like the ability to see exactly which industry, location, size of the company, and revenue amounts. We were able to gather a highly tailored list that compiled all of their contact information including phone number and emails. They also made it very easy to export by offering the csv view of the file, our CRM only allows csv imports, so this made for a smooth transition. "

    "Get a lead on the competition with Uplead!: When I first got into the freight brokering industry I did all my prospecting my self. It literally took me hours to get 10 good leads which drastically limited how much time I had to spend on bettering my customer service.
