Excellent Merge/Association Customization
The customizations for merges and complex associations. It let's me cut through the noise generated by HubSpot's in-app deduplication tool and find our duplicates while also having the ability to exclude certain records from merging.
The associations tool really helps us with our complicated records that we cannot merge nor delete due to a backend sync. It lets us associate them as old records to the current record but also set properties to keep the old records out of the reps' pipelines.

Insycle does what it says. Once you understand the UI the deduplication logic is sound and the checks via exported csv file mean that nothing is being performed that you don't understand the reasoning behind. You always have a chance for manual review before actioning. I have never run into an issue when connected to HubSpot that I couldn't trace back to direct user error and uncover how to do it correctly the next time. No merge loops that go unexplained.
