**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Exceeded expectations when merging duplicates. It just worked. I was expecting to lose activity history such as email tracking, but it all showed up in the merged company - even activities that took place prior to the create date of the master record.

Advanced matching rules allowed me to define duplicates by comparing different properties. e.g., rather than "Company Name A matches Company Name B" it can be "Record ID A matches (custom property) B".

Our support engineer was very generous with his time and gave thoughtful answers to all my questions. He even initiated a meeting with a product manager to go over some feedback I had.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The UI takes some getting used to, but that's forgivable for a tool like this. I do wish it had a simple way of showing what the final value for a property will be after a merge. e.g., if the duplicate Company has an owner and the master doesn't - will the merged record have an owner in the end?

You should be careful about the default rules for determining duplicates, as they have default settings like "ignore symbols". We had a weird edge case where we had some Deals with negative $ amounts. The default rule of "Ignore Symbols" meant they would have been merged with the positive $ Deals they were meant to negate.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubspot does not allow you to merge Companies while the Salesforce Integration is active. Resolving our duplicate Company problem seemed like it would require us to temporarily disable the SFDC integration, merge, re-enable and hope everything still works - or delete the duplicates and sacrifice the data. Insycle allowed us to do what Hubspot would not.

Insycle makes cleaning our database fast & easy!  It helps to keep us efficient so that our reporting is accurate!  We also like that you can preview before you make changes so no accidents happen!

Some of the filters can be confusing but are easy to figure out once you play around for a little bit.

Cleaning duplicate data, matching correct contacts to accounts, making sure the formatting of data is uniform.

This tool simply empower anyone with no skills in data management to easily manage databases content: clean, data validation, errors verification and fixing. No need SQL or any tech skills to make it happen.
Anyone can keep databases clean and updated, no more excuses!

No much. Honestly the good things this tool can do heavily overcome any possible "less likely" features. But again, I didn't find anything that makes me feel, I'd really want this to be changed...

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Databases get messy very soon, first because GIGO, then because data get out of date.
If data are not reliable companies can't run any analysis or use them for realiable decision making. Keep data clean, and leverage their quality is a must for any company. Something that until now is a specialistic job: now it can be done by everyone. Simply and reliably.

It is super user friendly. Non-SF Admin users can easily leverage it for all of their data updating, and quality-promoting needs.

User interface can feel a bit clunky at times.

Insycle allows us to find and normalize, as well as bulk upload our data on cadenced frequencies. This takes our time away from monitoring data and allows us to focus on other things.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Insycle has a few great features:
- Import flexibility, importing contacts/companies and associating them to each other. Formattting data in-line on import. 
- Ability to compare/pull data with a SQL query
- automation that run and cleanse data
- automation that run and assist hubspot automation

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

Some of the defaults to "contacts" when you want to importa companies can get you in trouble. Lots of detail that needs to be thought through.  Since Insycle and HS synch, updates to HS can be hours behind.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insycle assists us with importing and cleansing data.  All data in hubspot is not always formatted well. Insycle helps us standardize formatting for dates, phone numbers, uppercase company names etc. 
It also makes importing data fairly easy using set templates and selections.

What I like best about Insycle iisi that it really saves time when de-duplicating information plus it has the automated option so you won't need to do repetitive task again.

Sometimes I feel that it needs more flexibility when it comes to choosing fields and criteria so we can de-duplicate or merge information accordingly instead of manually doing it.

Insycle helps me to clean our organization's database by de-duplicating or mergind duplicate contacts and accounts. It also has the option to transform inconsistent data.

the platform can take some getting used to but overall pretty straightforward. exciting to unlock more powers of insycle.

while insycle can be used for a plethora of things, we mainly utilize insycle to upload rosters into our hubspot database and match names to comapnies. it is able to do that very well and we havent had any issues!

I find duplicate management very helpful. The ability to automatically find all the dups and give us standard rules to manage them. Better than appexchange solutions.

I would like that the sync between new fields from CRM into Insycle was faster. Like do I need to refresh Insycle? or how does it works?

Insycle is helping with dups in our instance, standarize records that were unformatted, we mass update industries and subindustries. Also the Health Dashboard is great.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

I used insycle to clean up my Pipedrive data, deduplicate, and add en masse. It was very easy to update records in bulk, and their tools had a rpetty easy learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

When adding the price of insycle to the monthly pipedrive subscription, the company I work at decided it was just too much to keep the CRM system, so now I have to do these things by hand. Insycle did provide a very good service, but for wwhat I needed it for, it was just not cost effective.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were a lot of double entries into pipedrive, and also we have to periodically update records to reflect paid invoices.

Once you undertand it is easy to use. It allows you full adjustability to your needs and give you a lot of options on how to perform the different actions and manage your data.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

I would like longer and more powerfull demos. We tryied to have a demo twice and we actually couldn't perform any action due to the limited experience. We end up buying out of necesity with out knowing the full potential.

We have a lot of duplicates that we couldn't handle. The duplicates are know and we just needed a simple way to get rid of them. Now we have the perfect solution.

Insycle has enabled us to deduplicate our HubSpot account using many IDs that HubSpot does not formally recognize is unique identifiers. This capability has made it much easier to integrate other systems into the platform.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The interface does feel a little unstable, and like you could accidentally create problems for yourself fairly easily. The difference between performing a massive merge and seeing the data is one clear but easy-to-miss button click.

Insycle is used to dedupe data coming from multiple platforms and using multiple data points. The ability to use those data points with other data points to filter which records are affected reduces our need for human validation.

It takes effect immediately. The little to no down time in updating our HubSpot account is great.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The UI and UX is a bit cumbersome. It takes a good amount of time to really know where to look, what's going on, and how to implement changes. There's almost too much optionality. It could be more A-to-B to speak to the less savvy user, which is a lot of what HubSpot user's are.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great for finding duplicate contacts, misspelled/incorrect/dirty data within our contact database. Having over 20,000 contacts, it saves us a lot of man hours and extra costs by not having to upgrade subscriptions in HubSpot.

- cleanup specific items by filtering on all fields
- automate the cleanup on an hourly basis

A bit complex to see all the possibilities. I couldn't spend a lot of time on it so I discovered it by myself. I think I'm only using 10% of the features.

We use Insycle within HubSpot to identify duplicate users by unique identifiers which are not standard in HubSpot. Being able to use IDs from other systems is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The interface is slightly unintuitive, which leads to a certain level of concern/caution as I operate through it. However, I have not actually experienced any issues yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Insycle:**

Hop on the initial call with them. It makes things make way more sense.

We connect multiple systems together using unique IDs as the join. Being able to reconcile all of them together in our CRM and have one complete user makes our lives easier.

Also the automation that can run hourly, daily or weekly, which helps to associate records in Hubspot.

The ability to merge duplicate companies in Hubspot without turning off the integrations with Salesfroce has been a gamechanger. All changes take effect immediately.

Merge rules can be tricky and may require some testing. Interface is a little outdated and could be more user friendly.

I was able to create multiple recipes to associate records in HubSpot and use those same recipes in a workflow triggered by HubSpot properties. I'm just scratching the surface of all it can do.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

So far, I haven't used it enough to find many features to dislike. One thing I would add is the ability to be more specific when trying to use similar matches for the associations.

In HubSpot We don't have a native way of automatically associating records using workflows or any matching criteria. Insycle is helping use HubSpot enrollment triggers to associate different objects using recipes.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Insycle is invaluable to my team.  When I came on to help with the CRM mess, we had difficulty cleaning up the data in our HubSpot portal.  Many of our records did not have the email or company URL that you would need to match records in HubSpot.  But with Insycle we can look at the pieces of data we do have and find duplicates that way.  This has helped our team clean our database and keep it clean.  I could not do my job without Insycle.  We have been using Inscyle now for five months, and it has been the only way we have kept on top of our data integrity.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

In the beginning, it felt overwhelming.  But as my team reviewed the helpful educational videos we learned how to use this program.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us in how we find and merge duplicates.  It is also bringing to light other data issues, like teams incorrectly creating new records.  Because we access Incyle daily to work on problems, reporting brings to light our teams' bad habits.  We can then address and quickly educate the teams.

The "recipes" which can be referred to via HubSpot workflow are extremely useful.

Using the trigger "create date is known" means that you can apply all the formatting rules you'd like across any record, regardless of where it was sourced from, by cleaning data up at the point it enters Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

It could definitely have an easier user experience/ could be more intuitive.

There are lots of predefined "rules" but it'd be nice if it was easier to create your own with suggestions on how to do it.
The learning centre is good, but necessary if you've never used a tool like this before.

Having something to help people with regular expressions would go a long way.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a lot of data formatting/standardisation issues for us.
Ultimately, that means we can use automation more consistently to make organisational decisions, ensure that leads are routed correctly, and meet our required standards before reaching out to them.

It also means we can source lead data from multiple sources with less headache.

It was nice meeting with Gary and Lydia to get some product training and advice on how to best use InSycle.

I think that the multitude of different templates, rules, and conditions are helpful but can also be overwhelming at the same time.

InSycle has been helping us merge duplicate records by merging in bulk.

Hard to initially understand the layout/not very intuitive when first using the system.  However, hopping on a call with a rep and having them explain was very helpful.

Duplicates, bad data, incorrect email structure, missing data, automating data cleanup.

The built-in templates for  deduplication were effective at eliminating the bulk of our data problems across both of our CRMs

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The duplication detector built-in to hubpsot was able to identify duplicates that were not caught by insycle

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to a poorly set up automation and some degree of neglect, we had nearly 3,000 duplicate company groups across our CRMs- using incycle we were able to remove the majority of these with ease.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

We have a large database that's been passed down over time and bloated from different contact creation strategies. Manual cleanup for this data would have taken months, if not longer, and would've still left us with questions. With Insycle, cleaing up data, making bulk changes, and resolving duplicates is made easier and has largely eliminated the need for manual review and change.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

Not enough training options given out when adding new team members - especially when it comes to the recipies and automations. Those are powerful tools, but we had to self-explore a bit and discover what they could do.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated above, the biggest reason for originally bringing this onboard was to resolve issues with a bloated database. We didn't realize how much impact it could also have for us beyond that initial use case, and I'd say we're slowly unlocking more use cases.

The upsides include time savings, ease of use, and implementation speed. Within just a few hours of using insycle, I was able to process various transactions to my firm's HubSpot instance, saving hours of labor.

Learning the language of Insycle can be a bit tricky, but the templates help. 

While the templates are awesome, I wish there were more available to choose from.

Insycle is primarily solving the problem of data hygiene in our organization. This is benefitting me by saving me dozens of hours a week through automating routine data hygiene operations and providing the peace of mind that our database is being consistently maintained.

There are limitations on CRM platforms that are not yet developed or limited by choice. Insycle helped us resolve this situation to clean the database easily. Also, It recommends ways to clean the database which helped.

The price is pretty steep if you have a lot of data. There is still some limitation on some of the features, which is probably prohibited by the CRM platform. A lot of setup is required to clean the data for specific purposes.

Associating contacts to specific companies by rules that I set up. Understanding the health of the database that is missing some data.

Insycle is a great software for small to medium businesses that need a simple interface, easy-to-use recipes and out-of-the-box functionality. It's what I've love about them - that I didn't have to setup and learn complicated processes and setup like RingLead and other data hygiene software tools. I love their help articles and other tools to help me learn more about how to use the software.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

Sometimes it's hard to understand or edit the out-of-the-box recipes. It's not bad but it's not as simple once you have things setup. Sometimes the setup is too simple when you need something more complicated.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to keep our database clean and up-to-date. I also needed to make sure that as leads came in they would be cleaned and de-duped. Insycle does a great job of catching spam contacts, getting things connected, and identifying issues.

I really like how easy it is to use the Magical Import feature. It imports data quickly and efficiently. I like that you can also create lists in our email service provider directly from Magical Import, and either upload to your new list or to an existing one.

Sometimes when I am using Magical Import to upload a large list, it takes a very long time. I will have to wait for hours for the list to finish uploading, and I would prefer if it was faster or gave me an estimated time remaining.

It standardizes the way that my company imports data and builds lists. It is easily integrated with our email service provider and allows us to easily create and update audience lists.

It can do so much that if you're not careful, you can change data that shouldn't be changed. For instance merging by top-level domain can lead to merging companies that should not be merged. Only admins should interact with this tool, not end users.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Insycle has a lot of functionality that you can leverage to clean up a messy CRM. Whether it's merging duplicates based on complex rules, formatting data, or assigning parent/child relationships for companies, Insycle does a good job. Support and resources are all great.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The UI/UX is a bit lacking. The color palette is pretty dull and lacks contrast. It's not very intuitive to navigate or set up automation and has a bit of a learning curve. It gets the job done once you set it up, but you might be wandering around a bit.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently using Insycle for merging duplicates, formatting data, and assigning parent/child relationships for companies inside of HubSpot. We also have some of the recipes built into our workflows.

Taming the beast of thousands of contacts can be a full-time job and is difficult to delegate well.  Insycle allows for bulk updates and quick results.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The complexity of the interface takes some getting used to and there's a lot under the hood that it can be a bit difficult to wrap your head around.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I discovered after years of delegating contact database updates that it wasn't being kept up the way I would have liked or (in some cases) done at all.  That means that the database got further and further out of date and, with different people entering information, the consistency wasn't to my standards.  Insycle allows for quick bulk changes to information and helps you identify where there are issues in information.

I can easily merge large amounts of data in HubSpot based on a set of rules, and I can do a dry run first to make sure that the parameters I have set are going to give me the results I want.

As far as I can see, it is not possible for Insycle to randomly select a master record when none of the criteria for matching is met. This would be really useful as sometimes there are identical duplicates created during import.

It allows me to reduce the amount of time spent preparing and importing data into HubSpot, as I know that if there are duplicates created, I can easily merge them in bulk afterwards.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

The merging, magic import and data transformation have been vital to us. We have around 250 000 contacts in Hubspot and it was a mess before Insycle.

Due to how we acquire contact data, we end up with a fair number of duplicates. The Merge feature has let us deal with these in very specific ways for different scenarios that otherwise would leave with us a ton of duplicates or incorrectly merged contacts. 

Data transformation allows normalizing many data in properties that have the same information but in different configurations. I.e. REMAX, RE/MAX, Remax, Re/Max etc. This way when we run reports, we get one total for RE/MAX. Instead of all the variations, making the reporting pointless.

The Magic Import is amazing if you are working with spreadsheets or CSVs from other software. It takes care of merging, deduping, and updating properties formatting etc in one swoop. So much better than importing into Hubspot and using workflows to do these things.

Their support is top-notch as well.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The learning curve can be a little steep if you are doing advanced functions as we are. However, they offer free sessions to help you get your feet under you and ongoing one-on-one training for a reasonable price. Which I recommend if you are not seeing value in trying it on your own. Hardly a dislike, more of an expected reality. Managing data is hard, so even with a tool like Inscycle, which makes it massively easier, there is still some learning to do. Which they'll help you with.

Managing data in Hubspot and bringing data from other sources into Hubspot.

Magical Import allows you to import data directly into HubSpot.  Magical Import allows you to create an associated list for that Import and also track the number of new Contacts created during the import.

Nothing - their support is the best I've ever experienced!  The tool is constantly updated with new features and innovative ways to accomplish tasks.  I love everything about Insycle.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

A lot of things that should be simple to do in Hubspot tend to end up way more complicated than they should be but with Insycle a lot of things like bulk editing records and merging contacts and companies automatically makes it a lot easier. The magical import also makes uploading new lists easier and it's seamlessly connected with Hubspot so any changes you make Insycle are instantly reflected in Hubspot and with data validation, it makes cleaning up incorrectly formatted data a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

Certain aspects of it aren't super well explained and it takes some trial and error to figure out exactly what you want to do especially when it's something a bit more complicated. A lot of the options are named kind of similar so it can be hard to remember which each one did or where that one tool that you needed was but with enough time using it I think that becomes less of a problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Insycle:**

Works well with Hubspot and can fill in a lot of gaps in managing your HubSpot data. Also has a lot of other integrations so I think it could be a useful tool for anyone wanting to have an easier way of managing their data and keeping it clean going forward.

We've used Insycle to help clean up our data and keep it clean. Being able to merge contacts and companies in bulk based on specific criteria has been really useful. Also uploading new lists and matching up the fields and transforming the data that's already in Hubspot.
