**What do you like best about iconnect360?**

I LOVE the fact I am able to keep detailed track of ALL of my info whether it be personnel, payroll etc. It is all a good reference for referring to when needed. It's the best side to have.

**What do you dislike about iconnect360?**

I honestly haven't come across anything that I personally dislike about iconnect360.

**What problems is iconnect360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've found myself using this as a point of reference for just about everything. It really is a tool that is versatile and so far I haven't used anything else like it.

**What do you like best about iconnect360?**

I found iconnect360 to be a great tool when first starting at the company. Unlike most companies I've been with, I always had trouble keeping track of my information whether it be personal information retained by the company, benefits, or payroll elections. iconnect360 proves to be a valuable resource for any employee to have for reference whenever they need information fast and would rather not wait for human resource to email them back.

**What do you dislike about iconnect360?**

I have yet to come across something that I dislike about iconnect360. I use iconnect360 as a point of reference for information so I am afraid I do not use it heavily enough to really know all the detailed functions of the platform.

**What problems is iconnect360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iconnect360 was implemented by my company during the midst of a major acquisition where significant number of employees were all being integrated with the existing company. iconnect360 became the core system to manage all our employee data and become the feed for payroll data.

Easy to contact, no glitches, great customer service and support. Much better than other competitors.

**What do you dislike about iconnect360?**

At this point, there is absolutely nothing that I dislike about iConnect.  They are far superior to all others in their category.

Choose iConnect over other similar software platforms
