"Unmatched Customer Service and Constant Improvements with Amilia"

What do you like best about Amilia SmartRec?

Amilia's customer service is truly unmatched. They have not only been receptive to feedback but have worked tirelessly to implement feedback to improve their product. In the two years that we have been live with Amilia, they have developed features and reports that have allowed our staff to more productively use time and have more visibility into the success of the programs that they run. What do you dislike about Amilia SmartRec?

Amilia is a developing platform; when we signed with them in 2024 there were product gaps that needed creative solutions while Amilia worked on real and lasting ones. They have delivered above and beyond what we would have been able to expect in that time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amilia SmartRec solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amilia is giving us more visibility into our sales and revenue that we did not have previously. Prior to our transition, program directors had a difficult time knowing how their programs were doing, where now they are able to see it in real time. Amilia is also allowing us to significantly improve our collections from declined payments with automated emails and a financial action center that allows our collections staff to efficiently contact members and collect on those declined payments. Amilia has not only improved our visibility into our revenue, but has given us the opportunity to truly feel more in control of money in and money out. Our previous system also struggled a great deal during our program registration days and would often fail, where we have had no such issues with Amilia which is allowing us to bring in more revenue with our program registrations.
