Club Automation is simple to use, extremely fast and responsive, cloud-based so I can access it from multiple locations, including my phone, and very stable. The join online feature is fantastic, and the promo code option works really well; we use it a lot. I use the financial reporting for accounting, and it works great for me. I also really like tracking membership sales throughout the month, and I use that a lot. I can review past-due accounts and follow up with members. The communications portal works great for sending updates and keeping members up to date on what's going on in the club. The door access system works great too. Club Automation was very thorough when we transferred over, and we’re very happy we switched from Jonas. I’d rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the membership reporting could be better. Club Automation tracks memberships well, but drilling down to the members inside a membership can be a challenge and isn’t as streamlined as I’d like.
