What do you like best about TeamUp?

I like how straightforward the dashboard is to use and follow. TeamUp allows me to easily keep track of payments and class bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamUp?

The actual sign up forms are sometimes clunky and it can make signing up new customers more difficult than it should be. I would prefer this process to be smoother and more straight forward. For example, sometimes when a new customer tries to create an account, an error message pops up and says 'account cannot be found', so they have to request a reset password email and create an account that way. What problems is TeamUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

TeamUp allows me to get all of the waiver and PAR-Q forms filled out by customers before they arrive. I can also gather important information from them such as their training history, which I can then pass onto coaches. TeamUp also allows me to keep on top of who is and who isn't paying their membership fees on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
