Vibefam brings our member, staff, and private-session scheduling into one place. I use it to plan the following day’s bookings around our availability, and it suits the way our studio operates.

What’s helped most is how straightforward Vibefam has been to set up. Instructor scheduling didn’t take much effort, and the booking website means members can book their own classes without needing us involved every time. Being able to track bookings and attendance in one place has made things easier to keep on top of, and the platform and app give members a convenient way to book from their phone. Setting up packages in the dashboard was simple too, and turning on recurring monthly billing has saved us from having to chase payments ourselves. Onboarding was genuinely user-friendly, and the support team has been great every time we’ve reached out.

The app was very user friendly and adapted to my website perfectly. The customer service was also 10/10
