Sabrina is the best **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** Everything. This is the most unstable software I’ve ever used. Depending on the report you run, you get completely different numbers for the same thing you’re looking for. I have no choice but to use this for my business, but it’s a nightmare. Every single month, there’s something new breaking, and tech support is absolutely useless. They can’t even fix the simplest issues we’ve asked for, and we have to manually enter and correct things constantly because they can't get it right. There’s always an issue with this system, even though we’re paying a significant amount of money every month for this service. We took over a facilities that had the system in place and I had an onboarding Rep who was available to me at all hours of the day and walked me through every step of system. They sent out a tech free of charge to train me. The account rep assigned to me now is always available to assist with anything we need. They have a 24 technical support which is phenomenal. Never have to wait on hold and has extremely helpful friendly staff. I have not worked with a system with better customer support. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** Some things in the system seem more complicated than they should be. Feel I have to call support to figure out new things that are not intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering ABC Ignite:** Recommend DataTrak based on the high level of customer service and support. There is little "fluff" when it comes to what is shown in the software. It makes it easy to keep track of members of our gym and it is extremely reliable as it rarely will crash. I have gotten very familiar with Data Trak over the past year and would recommend it to any health club. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** My main gripe with datatrak is that you cannot sort out duplicate entries of prospects and members and they cannot be merged in the software. If a prospect joins the gym and the sales person doesn't convert them to a member then they will be in the system forever. I also dislike how I cannot search people in the directory by their billing information; sometimes someone who is being billed for the membership isn't the one who is using the membership and it can make it cumbersome to find. **Recommendations to others considering ABC Ignite:** Yes **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data trak allows me to manage the membership creation and checking in of members in a quick efficient way. The ability to build your own reports is excellent. Scheduling in Datatrak goes quickly. I'm generally a tech savvy individual and even I have trouble finding what I'm looking for at times. When I have to train new hires on using Datatrak, it can be overwhelming for them. While the amount of info contained in the program is great, it can be overwhelming to try to use the program the first few times without guidance. Having a mobile app vs. having to log onto a website on your phone would be extremely helpful. It works fairly seamlessly and is a quick process, which is important when dealing with crazy toddlers. **What do you dislike about ABC Ignite?** I don’t like that at the end of each shift, if you don’t close out of the program all the way, we have to close it out at the following shift and then open it back up. It’s a bit of a pain and can take a few minutes. **What problems is ABC Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don’t have much experience with it outside of childcare checkin. ### 44.
