What do you like best about Gym Insight?

It has absolutely everything I need as a gym owner. It’s straightforward to use, and communication with support has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gym Insight?

I recently came across an AI-based system that uses cameras to detect when someone lets an unscanned person enter from outside. Gym Insight doesn’t support it yet, but I’d really like to have this kind of technology at my gym, especially since we’re open 24 hours a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was using Mindbody and Kisi, but a lot of members kept losing access, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Their support team was poor at communicating, and even when we managed to reach them, they were slow and unhelpful. Then I found Gym Insight, and they guided me through the entire transfer process.
