
I find Hyperline to be very user-friendly, making it easy to invite different team members and set up various subscriptions. The support from the Hyperline team is always there to help us. As a GTM leader, the overall experience is very good. Our sales reps can set up subscriptions easily, whether it's a free trial, pay as you go, or enterprise subscription. The product team can use feature flags for different customer accounts, and the finance team can easily set up reports and ensure all invoices are paid. We can generate different quotes or one-time payments for customers and use reports for detailed revenue analysis. I love the Hyperline support team that is always there to help, and we have a direct Slack connection for any queries. There were small bugs in the beginning, connecting with our backend, or setting up Stripe or the billing portal for customers. The initial setup wasn't very easy like with any billing tool, but we had good help from the Hyperline team. It took a few weeks from the first conversations to a production-ready environment.
