What do you like best about Hyperline?

As Financial Controller, I’ve never seen a billing system handle usage-based models this efficiently. Before Hyperline, our billing cycle dragged on for nearly two weeks every month. Now, it’s done in minutes.

Everything from metered usage to invoicing, proration, and revenue recognition is automated and accurate. It’s reliable, effortless to reconcile, and has completely eliminated the manual work that slowed us down.

What do you like best about Hyperline?

What I really like about Hyperline is how simple it makes managing our custom pricing. We work with a lot of different clients and almost everyone needs something slightly different, so being able to customize each subscription without creating a new product every time is a huge win. Our GTM team can handle billing end-to-end, creating clients and quotes, setting up subscriptions, sending invoices, without having to pull in engineering. The dashboard is also super helpful for keeping an eye on key metrics at a glance.

And honestly, their support has been excellent. The Hyperline team is quick to respond and easy to work with, which makes a big difference when you’re iterating on pricing and just want things to move fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

What do you like best about Hyperline?

Hyperline covers our need to support a hybrid SaaS billing model very well. I'd used Chargebee for a number of years and it just wasn't up to the job in handling a mix of standard subscription and usage-based (particularly credit-based) billing models.

The implementation was well supported, with an excellent migration tool and responsive team available via a joint slack channel when needed. Nanou in particular was a hero in supporting our smooth transition from Chargebee. Paired with a team that have been incredibly responsive to feedback and feature requests that actually get built, it's the makings of a great partnership with Hyperline.

The integration with Hubspot is excellent. While we aren't using all of it yet, the quote creation and subscription management available from the Hubspot widget has made the transition from quoting in Hubspot much easier.

The comprehensive API was a strong factor in our choice of Hyperline. In addition to feeding our RevRec logic in our data warehouse, this allows us to trigger updates and syncs in other systems speedily.

As a billing system, we interact with Hyperline every single day, so it's crucial that ease of use is good. While it's not perfect here, it's fast improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperline?

Hyperline makes quoting easy and self-serve, which is a big win for our product-led B2B business like us .

It connects smoothly with our CRM (Attio), so our sales team can create quotes with multiple pricing options, different trials, and clear end dates without friction.

The onboarding was quick, and our team adopted it right away.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

The product is very strong, though when larger teams want multiple licenses with complex pricing, setting everything up can take extra time. It would be great if the tool made those bigger, more custom deals just as fast as the simple quotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hyperline?

We’re a fast-moving company with both PLG and sales-led motions. We rely heavily on Stripe Billing to manage subscriptions for our customers.

We use Hyperline’s CPQ module, directly integrated with Stripe Billing.

This gives our sales team advanced and modern quoting capabilities for new enterprise deals and customized contracts, while also enabling upsell management directly within HubSpot. A lot of this happens without writing code.

Hyperline automated several manual operations in Stripe Billing.

We've been using Hyperline for a bit over two years now, and it's honestly been a lifesaver. Our subscriptions have become much more complex over time - multiple currencies, sales tax, usage-based, y-o-y increase - and Hyperline handles it all without us having to spend hours on it. It's super intuitive, really well automated, and has easily saved us countless hours. Their support team is also great: fast, proactive, and genuinely helpful whenever we need them.
