"Practical UX, advanced subscription features, and highly responsive support"
5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

The UX is practical and offers many essential features not provided by Stripe Billing. For example: pausing a subscription, offering a few months for free, starting a subscription at a future date. Having different monthly/annual management on different products within the same subscription. Automatic migration from Stripe. Tracking dashboards and alerts on billing issues. The support is very responsive and adapts to the tools used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

A bit complex to get started and configure because you need to understand the differences from Stripe Billing, for example. The relatively high cost. The lack of an integrated payment processor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A product that evolves with our needs, thanks to a very responsive team"
4/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

Hyperline has really improved our workflow, from quoting through to invoicing. We especially appreciate the DocuSign integration and the connection between our different accounting tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

The setup isn't always straightforward: we have to change the settings for each entity separately and can't manage them centrally across all the entities in our group. There are also some limitations (for example, you can't choose the unit when creating invoices and quotes). I also find the tool lacks flexibility and ease of use when it comes to creating quotes. The customer records would benefit from having more sections, for example the ability to store documents related to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hyperline Makes Quotes and Subscription Expansions Fast and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

What I like best about Hyperline is how much it simplifies the day-to-day work of a CSM. Creating quotes is fast and intuitive, which lets me focus on the conversation with the client rather than getting bogged down in admin work. Managing product expansions is especially smooth. I can easily adjust a customer's subscription as their needs evolve, without friction or manual workarounds. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and it integrates well into my daily workflow, which makes it much easier to move quickly when a client is ready to expand or sign. Overall, it's a tool that genuinely saves time and helps me be more responsive with clients. The value Hyperline brings is well aligned with what we're paying for it. Given the time it saves on quoting and managing expansions, plus the smoother experience it creates for both our team and our clients, it feels like a worthwhile investment rather than just another tool in our stack. It pays for itself through the efficiency gains alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

There isn't much I dislike, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be that some advanced customization options could be a bit more flexible. It's nothing that blocks my daily work, but a few extra options here and there would make an already solid tool even better. Overall, the positives clearly outweigh this minor point. "Straightforward Quote Creation and Smooth Invoicing That Speeds Up Deal Cycles"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

As Head of Sales, what I appreciate most is how straightforward quote creation and invoicing are. I can put together a quote for a prospect quickly, without depending on finance or ops, which speeds up our deal cycle. Invoicing is just as smooth once a deal is signed, it removes a lot of manual back-and-forth and lets my team stay focused on selling rather than admin work. Given the autonomy and time savings it brings to my sales team, not having to depend on finance for quotes and invoicing. I think the value is well aligned with the cost. It lets us move faster in the deal cycle, which has a direct impact on how quickly we can close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

Handling multiple currencies can be a bit tricky and could be smoother, especially since we work with clients across different markets. I've also run into a few bugs with the coupons feature, which sometimes creates extra manual checks before sending a quote out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Quentin Kozyra of Hyperline

We'd be glad to hear more about the multi-currency handling and the coupons issues you ran into. If you'd be open to sharing more, we'd be happy to set up a conversation with our product team. You can contact me directly at quentin@hyperline.co.

"Billing that fits our pricing instead of the other way around"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

Our billing is genuinely complicated. Hyperline doesn't make it feel that way.

I use it less than the finance side of our team, but every time I go in I can get to what I need without a walkthrough, and that tells you something about how it was designed. The real differentiator though is their approach: competitors hand you a template and expect your pricing to fit it. Hyperline models your pricing as it actually is, then handles invoicing around it. That's the part that decided it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

The product didn't cover everything we needed out of the box. Our pricing has some specifics, and a couple of times we hit something Hyperline couldn't do yet. So if you arrive with an unusual model, expect at least one gap.

What saved it was the response. Each time we raised it, they handled it quickly rather than putting it on a roadmap for later. That's not something I can promise stays true as they grow, but it's been our experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Quentin Kozyra of Hyperline

Thank you Aurélien, this one means a lot. "Hyperline models your pricing as it actually is" is exactly what we're trying to build, so reading it in a customer's words is the best kind of confirmation.

You're also right to point at the gaps an unusual pricing model can hit. I'd like to know which ones are still open on your side so we can close them. Write me at quentin@hyperline.co and I'll follow up personally.

"Clean, Minimalist Interface with All the Info You Need"
5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

Clean, minimalist interface. All the necessary information is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

Here is the summary (about 95 words): Hyperline's interface works well for simple subscriptions, but it can feel fragmented on complex cases: custom contracts, usage-based pricing and discounts often require navigating across several screens. The heavy billing and finance terminology (proration, credits, revenue recognition) may confuse non-specialist users. As the product evolves quickly, some areas, such as reporting, exports or advanced filters, feel less polished than others. Much of the experience relies on integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce or Stripe, which is less convenient with a different stack. Finally, despite the no-code promise, configuring advanced pricing plans requires a solid understanding of the underlying logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solution de facturation simple et qui s'adapte parfaitement à tout business."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

Les fonctionnalités de relances d'impayés pourraient être améliorer pour vraiment nous aider à recouvrir nos créances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust API, Intuitive UI, and Ultra-Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

First of all, the robust and very rich API allowed us to create our own frontend to handle complex deals with site-based billing. The API rarely crashes and is very explicit about the causes when needed. This adds to a very intuitive off-the-shelf UI that allows us to quickly handle the majority of our deals and automate billing. Finally, the team's support is top-notch and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

The product is progressing in its ability to handle recurring purchase orders for public markets, but it requires external glue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solteo - Hyperline review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hyperline?

The most helpful is the fact that Hyperline main users are our sales team. Our sales rep can directly use the tool manage the quotation and signature process. We also use a lot API & automations. For the same level of pricing than Stripe billing, you get more services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

Sometimes, product logic is hard to understand :

- the 2 levels of dates in quote signature / contract start often leads to mistakes.

- we use quote templates, but we do not use the catalog, as we do not know the value in it.

- language are not well handled in the interface : it is in English, which can be hard for our local sales rep and lead to confusion in the quotation writing.

- Hyperline manage stripe language : our default is French, but our customers receive stripe notifications in English.

- Hyperline automatically stopped to send invoices because payment failed before, which is not a good strategy. We rather manage the problem on the accountancy side and still require payments from the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
