What do you like best about Hyperline?

Hyperline covers our need to support a hybrid SaaS billing model very well. I'd used Chargebee for a number of years and it just wasn't up to the job in handling a mix of standard subscription and usage-based (particularly credit-based) billing models.

The implementation was well supported, with an excellent migration tool and responsive team available via a joint slack channel when needed. Nanou in particular was a hero in supporting our smooth transition from Chargebee. Paired with a team that have been incredibly responsive to feedback and feature requests that actually get built, it's the makings of a great partnership with Hyperline.

The integration with Hubspot is excellent. While we aren't using all of it yet, the quote creation and subscription management available from the Hubspot widget has made the transition from quoting in Hubspot much easier.

The comprehensive API was a strong factor in our choice of Hyperline. In addition to feeding our RevRec logic in our data warehouse, this allows us to trigger updates and syncs in other systems speedily.

As a billing system, we interact with Hyperline every single day, so it's crucial that ease of use is good. While it's not perfect here, it's fast improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

What do you like best about Hyperline?

I find Hyperline to be very user-friendly, making it easy to invite different team members and set up various subscriptions. The support from the Hyperline team is always there to help us. As a GTM leader, the overall experience is very good. Our sales reps can set up subscriptions easily, whether it's a free trial, pay as you go, or enterprise subscription. The product team can use feature flags for different customer accounts, and the finance team can easily set up reports and ensure all invoices are paid. We can generate different quotes or one-time payments for customers and use reports for detailed revenue analysis. I love the Hyperline support team that is always there to help, and we have a direct Slack connection for any queries. They are also helpful in integrating with other tools and solutions (CRM, payment provider), especially for reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperline?

There were small bugs in the beginning, connecting with our backend, or setting up Stripe or the billing portal for customers. The initial setup wasn't very easy like with any billing tool, but we had good help from the Hyperline team. It took a few weeks from the first conversations to a production-ready environment.
