On top of that, the support team is very responsive and available, and they provide genuinely helpful advice and assistance whenever I have questions. And finally, it is easy to understand and use. **What do you dislike about Pennylane?** Sometimes you need to be an administrator to carry out certain tasks or necessary adjustments that could create disorder, such as deleting incorrect invoices. Aside from that point, I’ve never had any issues with this software. **What problems is Pennylane solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to be very time-consuming to receive all the invoices, organize them, create invoices from scratch, and keep track of our cash flow. With Pennylane, all of that information is easy to access and manage. ### 2. An intuitive and easy-to-use interface that allows you to easily connect all external software (bank, invoicing software, etc.) directly to the tool. A responsive customer service. Daily use of the tool with significant time savings. **What do you dislike about Pennylane?** Still a few features to optimize in the accounting section (Mass matching, automatic rule configuration,...) **What problems is Pennylane solving and how is that benefiting you?** A significant time saver thanks to an intuitive tool with an incredible user experience. A simple and clear visualization of financial statements, customer and supplier accounts, and the status of invoices. ### 3. Nothing works the way it should. **What problems is Pennylane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pennylane is designed to centralize accounting and financial workflows, providing visibility across the business. It can help manage bookkeeping, track expenses, and collaborate with our accounting team, which is useful when everything is working smoothly. However, recurring login issues and unreliable Tier 1 support have caused work stoppages and made some processes frustrating. While the platform has potential to streamline financial operations, these challenges limit its effectiveness and reliability for day-to-day use. ### 4. My accountant also has an account and classify the receipts. I use it everyday and it makes the collecting of transaction proves much easier. I love the invoicing tool as well. **What do you dislike about Pennylane?** It would be nice to improve the categories, and also to have an quicker customer service. **What problems is Pennylane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Concerning the accounting, it has helped me save a lot of time on collecting tickets and invoices.
