We have been using their ATS and payroll features the most, which have been customized to suit our needs. The interface is clean, clutter free and very easy to use. The product is cost effective and the subscription is cheaper that some others in the market. It is also easier to track employee details through the database as we were earlier maintaining an excel sheet and that can be quite a cumbersome task. Payroll has simplified so much as opposed to calculations through an excel sheet. We have minimized the risk of entering wrong data as well as saved two days of hard work and time! The fact the they don't have a mobile application in place yet. Being part of events, a few of our employees are offsite. Right now we don't see this as a problem as their schedules are sent to us and we update the system accordingly, it doesn't take too long. However, it would be nice if they could check in through the app with the geotagging feature available. Also sometimes the software tends to glitch but that could also be an internet issue and personally it has never been a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
