What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

As they're still changing their way of reporting , some report may not be assessible. Expensive charges compare to similar competitor. Not all Samsung's phone is supported and it took them some time to figure what's happened as it involve developer & updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The solution works and works well.

What do you like best about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

After we moved to a VOIP service for all of our phone calls, clients started noticing that we were coming up marked as SPAM. Hiya was recommended to us by the VOIP service provider. They immediately put us on a 3 month pilot to see where our stats were at. At the end of that trial, it just made sense to continue on with the service. Our calls are now being presented as branded with our company name and logo to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

What do you like best about Hiya Connect Branded Call?

The best thing about the hiya connect branded caller ID is we no longer have our numbers showing up as suspected spam and our clients now know we are dialing them so our answer rate has increased 3 x. Thank you to Olanda for the great service provided and showing us how the system works with a data driven demontration. Very easy to implement and import phone numbers. Hiya provides us with a unique opportunity to deliver peace of mind to all of our outbound calls. No more guess work, they know the call is coming from us, and this has vastly improved our pickup rates, and also drove a higher call return rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our sales team does not cold call prospects and only reaches out after receiving applications for our products. The Branded caller ID is quick, once a number is entered remediation happens relatviely quickly. The Support team is also very responsive, kind, and informative.
